We met Jamie at our venue's vendor expo and were immediately impressed by their services, pricing, and vast food offerings. It was a no brainer to book with their group! We had our tasting a couple months before our wedding day; which is complimentary to the couple and a $50 charge for any additional guest to join. They have you select 8-10 appetizers, 2 salads, and 4 entrees to taste at their Naperville location. They also have displays of china, silverware, glasses and more to help couples select what aligns aesthetically for their special day. Jamie worked with us to make small modifications to their standard offerings to make the food exactly what we wanted! Our wedding day came and we were floored by the quality/presentation of food, level of detail in place settings, and service from all staff members. We had multiple guests say that this was some of the best wedding food they've had, steaks were not over cooked, and food tasted fresh. Jamie also let us add desserts a week out to reallocate money from a couple of guests who last minute were unable to attend. Their team was even nice enough to service items not purchased through their group: disposables for the late night snack, display and refilling of cupcakes, etc. Overall, their group went above and beyond for us under Jamie's leadership. Our tables looked great, our food was wonderful, and their team was fabulous. We truly appreciate all they've done for us and could not recommend them more! Disappointing experience despite a fresh and new business relationship. We have used this catering…read morecompany for multiple corporate events and have spent considerable money with them. Historically, the food and service have been very good, which makes our experience with our most recent BBQ event particularly disappointing. The weather was questionable the morning of the event, so we understood the decision to precook the burgers and brats. However, the weather ultimately cooperated, and the event proceeded as planned. We specifically requested that we use at least one large gas grill we provided, even if only to keep the grill/char lines going, but that did not happen. The catering team arrived on time, but the setup was not completed as expected. Two chefs who had originally been scheduled to be onsite to cook the food ultimately spent much of the event standing around with very little involvement. More importantly, the food was served lukewarm to cold even though it arrived in hotboxes, and some food was undercooked/raw. The sternos were not lit until well after the food had been set up and less than 10 minutes before mealtime, which did little to address the temperature problem. For the price we paid, the quality of service and temperature of the food were simply not acceptable. I immediately raised my concerns with the event planner after the event. When I didn't receive a follow-up, I emailed to express our disappointment. To the event planner's credit, she responded and said the owner wanted to address the matter personally and would contact me after returning from out of town. That was over a month ago, and we have still received no communication. A coworker who also helps coordinate our company events separately contacted her point of contact at the company, but also received no response. What is most disappointing is not simply that one event did not meet expectations. We have been a significant repeat customer, and we expected our concerns to be acknowledged and addressed professionally. Instead, we received no follow-up at all. We have had good experiences with this caterer in the past, which is why this situation has been frustrating. Unfortunately, the combination of cold food, a lack of attention during the event, and zero follow-up afterward has made us decide to seek catering elsewhere for our corporate events.

Everyone we worked with was so kind and professional. They were able to accommodate different dietary restrictions which was so nice especially considering the groom's family was vegetarian. Without asking, they made sure to make one of our prosciutto pizzas without prosciutto to provide to the groom's family table. The set-up and tear-down was so seamless on the day of our wedding. Thanks for helping give us the wedding of our dreams! If we had one piece of feedback, it's that the menu wasn't completely accurate regarding which items were vegetarian. For example, the harvest salad was listed as vegetarian, but when we asked about it at our tasting, the nuts in the salad are cooked in beef tallow. It was very easy to order the salad without nuts, but we're glad we asked, otherwise we wouldn't have known. And the ooey-gooey butter cake is not listed as a vegetarian item on the menu, but when we asked to confirm, we were told it was vegetarian. This ended up being very minor in the scheme of things, but just think updating the labeling would make things clearer. I've enjoyed a platter from My Charcuterie before at an event and heard that they have a graze bar…read more So my husband and I decided to come by and build a box to enjoy with our movie night. When we came in, we were greeted and were told our options. We decided on the Cutie box and had so much fun picking out the different meats, cheeses and sides. Each box comes with crackers and you can also purchase wine to enjoy there if you'd like. In the shop there's also some super cute charcuterie sets for parties. They also do events and offer boards for catering as well. Can't wait to come by and build another grade box soon.
