I had the pleasure of talking to all four of the women that were working in the pharmacy and all of them were very kind. They were even so sweet to my toddler who accompanied me. Staff was able to price match my prescription to save me some money!The pharmacist was knowledgeable and reassuring in regard to all of the questions I had for her. I would give it 0 stars. I rented a scooter for a day at the Omaha Zoo. The scooter was to be…read moredelivered sharply at 9:30 AM. I confirmed the delivery time the day before. At 9:27 AM I called and was told they were running late. Okay. 10 minutes later I got a call from the Caesar saying they had trouble at the store and they were going to the dump and would arrive in a while. I couldn't wait any longer, so I cancelled the delivery with both the store and the driver. We had a 2 and 3 year old waiting to go into the zoo. According to our agreement, I should have received my money back for non-compliance with the agreement. However, it also said if I cancelled they could keep 10%. I agreed to that. However, they only returned 50% of the money. The non-compliance was no way on my part or in breach of the agreement. It was 100% on the store. When I called this morning, I spoke with Obie and she was very indignant about the whole matter. I will leave it up to the credit card company to handle it. It a shame to take advantage of seniors and disabled persons.

However, we were in town for an event and our aunt broke her foot and needed a wheel chair so we could attend the Berkshire event- the owner, Obie (sp?) told us she lives close to the store and could come meet us on Sunday so we could drop it off even though they are closed on Sunday. That is super kind of her and made our lives so much easier. We rented the wheelchair for $35 for the wknd. Obie made our trip more seamless. What a kind owner. Thank you so so so much!! This was late february or early March. Then in July we got a bill. We were told it wouldn't be made until insurance paid for it. The bill was made at the end of June and supposedly there is a 60 day return policy from when we got the chair. But the bill didn't even come in until after that. Then supposedly you can't return custom made stuff. The only reason its custome made is because she was shorter...they dont have anyone short on their client list or what. But we were told numerous ti.es we didnt have to pay for it and the bill didnt come until june. Such a crooked company​

Billing won't return calls. The RRT won't return calls. I had to have my dr leave them a message for me just to get them to call! They did call but I was unavailable called them right back and no return calls for a week. The customer service is abysmal, the billing is worse. I'm pretty sure there is insurance fraud at work here.

Prior to product delivery I had to cancel the order due to a health issue with a family member. Bob stated that I caught him off guard and that he'd have to sell something to get my money back. As of this writing, (almost 2 months after cancellation) I have only received $3500 back (he literally taped an envelope containing the check to the front door of my business). He still owes me $6500 but refuses to answer any of my calls. I have contacted the Stiltz supplier directly but have not heard back yet from the person that handles this type of issue. I'm speaking with an attorney tomorrow but wanted to warn others about this "company". Never EVER give him money up front for anything. If he claims he has to give the deposit to his supplier, make arrangements to pay them directly. Or better yet, find a different company to install your elevator.
