Website says they are open on Saturday, they are not. Called to reserve forklift, was told we would have to pick up Friday between 1500-1800 hours, keep it all weekend (needed it for an hour) and return it at 0800 hours Monday morning. My husband picked up the forklift Friday afternoon, where they promptly charged us $40.00 more than we were quoted. We had to borrow a truck to haul it, so we took the forklift back on Sunday and parked it overnight. When my husband went there at 0800 hours this morning to see that the return was completed, they were extremely rude and mouthy about us bringing it back over the weekend, not at 0800 Monday morning. I would advise against renting from a place that overcharges what you were quoted and has rude customer service employees. read more

Over the last 15 years I have purchased 2 new tractors with a plethora of implements from Superior Tractor, spending about $70k total with them. They were amazing both times. I live west of the mountains and I will always make the drive to do business with Superior. Their products have never failed us (Kioti, Mahindra and others for implements) and they are super accommodating and easy to work with. Oh, and I came both times on a Saturday to do business and they were open (reference to the lame 1 star review about Saturday hours).
