She charges different amounts every year and your taxes are the same every yea; meaning you itemize everything yourself, present it to her neatly broken down, so all she has to do is go over it for accuracy and punch it in the computer and her fee is over $$ for a single filer, what a rip off! Adding to the frustration, staff turnover was constant: our reps kept quitting, and the preparer we relied on also left. No continuity, no accountability. Despite failing to file extensions, they refused a refund or to make amends. Poor communication, high turnover, and a lack of responsibility made this a deeply disappointing experience. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for reliable tax services. Edit update: If they say the issued a "refund", this is just for other work we paid them for that they never even started. They will not compensate for losses we incur due to not filing out extensions as promised.
