This is by far the best tax place ever! My family has gone here since I was a young girl and they have always helped us figure out any problem we had with filing and made sure we walked away with the best return. As an adult I have continued to come here and even when I have lived out in different states they have continued to provide the same great service. In the past 3 years I have had a couple issues with either getting my w-2s or owed taxes that I did not understand and Kyle has resolved it for me every time! Even when I got a letter before tax time saying I owed the IRS money he was nice enough to handle the matter for me without having to make the long drive, the issue was resolved without me having to pay anything back! He put whatever serial number from your state ID on the file. Rocky is gone now :( Rumours of the owner, Chris is he sleeps with his female staff and customers. Very disgusting. The younger women are always rotating except for Ashley and Cassie. I came here in 2021 because a young lady Aliee, that worked there was really sweet and funny while I was stressed out over a big IRS letter I received and I came to see this year she is gone. This use to be an great place. Seems like the more clients they got, the worst they got.. Customer Service horrendous. I emailed my intake form and W2 to complete my return 3 weeks ago, still no response. They never answer the phone or reply emails. I was a big fan, not anymore. Zero stars. Completely unprofessional Black owned business. They do not answer/return calls and constantly give you the run around. Receptionist constantly asks you to send over information/emails, etc. with no intent to have anyone reach out. Seems like a cover up.
