When I first called, I spoke to Jennifer who was very attentive, friendly, and the sweetest. She directed my phone call to Jeanie. Jeanie asked about my tax situation, and genuinely seemed worried about fixing my issue with the IRS ASAP. I was introduced to Rich my first time visiting the office. Rich was an absolute blast to do my taxes with, he was so determined to get me the highest refund possible. While meeting with Richard, he introduced us to the junior accountant who I found out did most of my tax work ahead of time, Fernanda. She answered all my questions in great detail, she was extremely professional and helpful through the entire appointment. I cant express how grateful I am to find such an exciting and knowledgeable team. My husband started a small business this year and Jimmy contacted us right away to start our yearly planning so we wouldn't run into any surprises for next year's taxes. I overheard them scheduling Zoom meetings, which makes me so happy they are adjusting to each clients situation. They had hand sanitizer and Lysol in the front desk area. I witnessed them spraying Lysol after I got up and wiping down the countertops with Clorox wipes. The office was very modern and gorgeous. The front waiting area was clean and presentable. They also served the best cappuccinos. I will not ever be able to return to H&R Block after an experience like this.

This year I had my taxes audited and reached out to Eddie for advice on what I needed to send the IRS. He took forever to reply - regardless of my multiple calls and emails. He finally replied with a half-assed response. I sent my items to the IRS. They came back with more questions - and a very large sum of money that I had to pay. Again, I reached out to Eddie. It's been about two weeks - and still haven't heard from him. His office told me I'd hear back the next day. I've called and emailed. No reply. The bigger issue is that he and his office have mislead me on things I was able to write off on my taxes. They told me clothing was fine. The IRS clarified what clothing was acceptable. This is all leading to me having to pay a sum, including late fees and interest. I will obviously never go to this office again - and hope noone that went here because of my recommendation has been mislead.
