After some connections checked it was found that it was a riser pipe that had been hit with a trim nail years ago. Had to cut open the wall, put a new piece in and tested. So he said he was going to put medal posts in since i didn't want concrete. I have treated posts and cedar fence. Medal? No!!! It's not that I was opposed of concrete, I was simply going by what others would and wouldn't do. I've been waiting to get it done since April. Like i would say no to concrete to secure my posts. If he simply contacted me via phone instead of text there would have been no issues. Stay away, yet another soft kid that would rather communicate via words vs face to face or at least voice to voice. He's full of lies, so when someone says they'd come by to give an estimate and never show up day after day. Damn right I'm going to call/text to see if they are still interested.
