Did not clean the seatbelts or doors or dashboard and the seats were very wet when I picked up the next day. When the seats dried, there were still dirt stains on the seats. He was so nice and professional, definitely hustled, and did an AMAZING job on my car. Looks brand new inside. He even dealt with some spilled coolant in my backseat from a bottle that I kept back there. He was just awesome, efficient, thorough, and friendly and was done in about 2 hours. When the car was returned it looked great until you looked closer. There are scraps and scratches on the window trim and my Weather Tech floor mats no longer fit. When I talked to the owner Randy, I got the big brush off. They tried to fix the floor mat but ultimately told me to call Weather Tech. They fit perfectly prior to the car being detailed. \ Regarding the scratches on the window trim he just said it wasn't their fault. To add insult to injury, this misogynist called my husband after I left to tell him I wasn't happy. Did he think I would get a spanking when I got home if he tattled on me? This is not the 1950's and he should have dealt with the person in front of him. This was incredibly insulting. As was their response to hearing that I would be writing this review...you lose one, you get another. Let's make them a liar and no one else go there for this type of treatment and damage to your car.

I have had a membership there for about two years. This place has really gone down hill since the…read morecurrent owners took over! The chain that runs the car wash system keeps breaking down. Half the time I go there the line is shut down for "maintenance". To make matters worse, they stopped answering the phone so I cannot call to check to see if the wash line is back open. Really? I'm pretty close to cancelling my two memberships if things don't get better. In addition, the oil change area is terrible! I recently went in for an oil change. When I got there the guy came out to my vehicle and said it would be 15 minutes before they could start on my vehicle. The oil change ended up taking 55 minutes. They did not check my tire pressure, fill up my washer fluid or check my filters. I didn't bother to say anything because I just wanted to get out of there. I will never get another oil change there again!
