When I tried getting my money back, I learned the customer service leaves much to be desired. I initially placed my order over the telephone. No problems there. None until I later tried to return the part because my vehicle had a whole other issue than what was initially diagnosed by my mechanic. Upon entering the physical location, I noticed several signs stating there were no refunds & that you now have a spare part, no exchanges without a receipt, etc. When I placed the order initially I asked what the return policy was and was only told I could bring it back within 30 days if it didn't work. Not quite the same as the signs. I asked at the rep at the counter if I could at least exchange it for something else, and he motioned for my receipt and asked why I waited 15 days to return the part. Though this was well within the 30 day window, I informed him my mechanic took a while to fix the problem and it ended up being a different issue. The other part of the story is that I live an hour away & have other priorities but whose business is that really? I was essentially shooed away and left feeling insulted after being asked questions as if he was going to do the exchange. Either your policy is what it is or not. You have a million signs in store stating no returns. Maybe you should use some of that space to be more clear. Also don't play games, trying to gauge if I'm full of it or not as if you will accept the return/exchange.

Call before you come to the location in reference to parts and have them physically verify that the…read morepart is available. They will tell you over the phone the part is available then you get to the location and it's not available. Parts may say available in the system but when you arrive PART is not available. Drove 2 1/2 hours paid for the part and was told to drive around back to pick up the part then was advised part not able to be located associate stated guess staff didn't get up to verify. If I could rate this experience definitely would've been a negative. Not a good first experience.
