I have watched the process and I can say with confidence that each area got the right treatment. This also helps with neatness. They work a specific area and then move on with their tools and drop cloths in a methodical way. Non-intrusive approach. And, post job clean-up is also about as good as it gets. Oleg does not mess-up your environment when he painting and after he's gone, there are no tracks left behind. I will also say that they are hardworking. You certainly get an hour of work for an hour of pay. You don't even have to think about it. Overall, this is the first painter I have ever had where I can claim 100% satisfaction. When the time comes for a complete redo, Oleg will be at the top of my list. As they say, the proof is in the pudding.
