I hate shopping for flooring and get overwhelmed with all the selections. From the minute I met Mr. Sal, I was at ease. I explained my style and what I was looking for. He led to to an affordable vinyl plank that would match the color scheme Im Looking for. He was non-presuming in his sales style and followed up appropriately. Once I *finally* committed to the product, the order didn't take Long to come in. I was given an expectation of three days for installation. My installers came on time and worked extremely hard. In just two days, they finished ripping out my kitchen tile and installing my entire home with the planks. They were pleasant, clean, thorough, friendly, and professional. So tonight, I am admiring my new floors and just dealing with the dust settling. Wow. It's like I have a whole new home.

During their work, we had to modify our agreement verbally i) to paint the entire sons room because patch work did not match and ii) instead of painting the 11 ft of 2 inch trim, we decided to paint the entire 2 inch trim and the lattice white. For this additional work, we agreed to add another $400 to the agreed contract resulting in the total amount to $2,900. However, by Sunday March 8, painting of the trim and touchup lacquer of kitchen cabinets were not completed. Also, AJ removed two speaker boxes from the ceiling of the Office/Sunroom to paint the trim but they were not installed back. On Sunday, after the work, Dan informed me that he will come back during the later part of the week (Thursday) to finish the job, however he wanted partial payment. I wrote him a check for $2,7000 leaving a $200 balance for the unfinished work. Dan informed me later that he won't be able to do it on Thursday, instead he will do it on Sunday March 15. On March 13, Friday, I called him to confirm that he would be coming on Sunday to complete the job. He informed me that he won't be able to do it on Sunday but instead will do it on Wednesday March 18. When I insisted that he has to do it by Sunday because my Real Estate agent has scheduled for Monday (March 16) to take pictures of the house, he agreed to come on Saturday evening/night (March 14). On Saturday March 14, around 4:30 pm, I texted him to confirm that he would be coming as he stated, however, he did not text me back to confirm that he is coming. Instead, he started giving me runaround. I texted and called him several times to make sure that it is his responsibility to finish the job and to install back the Speaker box but he declined to do that. Therefore, I feel that Dan never wanted to do the remaining work, since he already received $2,700 for the work which I find that he cheated on me.

They built a beautiful carport and addition onto our home, and the craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. What meant the most, though, was their kindness and understanding throughout the entire process. They were patient, compassionate, and made a very difficult situation so much easier for our family. They helped take a huge weight off our shoulders and guided us every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. He was asked to prepare 2 quotes, one for a repair and recoat around a window that had leaked and been replaced and a worst-case scenario of repair and recoat the entire front and side of a 2-story house if major issues were found. The original stucco showed no signs of damage so no one thought the second quote would be needed. His quote was in line and fair when compared to others quoting the same job. He was not a pushy salesman, but was very knowledgeable about the work and how it would be done. They set up everything (taking care not to kill the established landscaping) and began removal around the window the next day. The situation went from bad to worse...the OSB behind the original stucco was degraded from hidden water damage as were significant portions of the 2x4 structure on all of the lower level. It was traumatic seeing how badly damaged the house was. Andy and his foreman Julian assured us that they could and would handle it. The crew was speedy with the removal of all the old stucco and damaged material and then completely rebuilt everything better than new. Each day they cleaned up the area and tarped it to prevent any issues from weather. The entire stucco system was reapplied in the multiple layers with fiber mesh support. They painted any knicks in the soffit and one wood window. I believe they must have stock in caulk as everything was meticulously caulked at each layer to prevent water intrusion from occurring again. These guys are true artisan craftsmen and take a tremendous amount of pride in a job well done they can put their name on, which in today's world is hard to find. There communication was above what could be expected. While the weather extended the job longer than expected, it was all done perfectly and cleaned up like it never even happened. I will hire A&G in the future for other stucco work without a second thought. GREAT WORK GUYS!!
