After calling the number, the person asked if i went to the branch and i said i did because she can't provide that information over the phone. Not until I asked for a manager and started getting frustrated that she told me the most basic information as the due date in order to avoid any more late fee in the future. When I went inside the branch for help, I was told there was nothing they could do because the ATM is serviced by a third party. Their only suggestion? File a complaint and wait. It's now three business days and I haven't received any updates. Every time I call, I get the runaround -- no answers, no timeline, no ownership of the issue. This situation has caused a serious financial hardship, and American First has shown zero urgency or accountability. If you value your money and your peace of mind, I strongly suggest banking elsewhere.
