He never said a thing until the end of the job when he handed me my bill and then just casually goes, "I doubt insurance will pay for this kind of work. I've never seen them pay out for [these kinds of issues] before." And of course he was right. So I had to scrape and scramble and move money to cover the total and it wiped my whole emergency cushion fund. When I asked him to give me a couple days to get the money together without having to borrow any, he said no, not possible, even when I begged for just 24 hours more. I believe he intentionally misled me with his silence for the duration of the work he did on my home and then had no compassion or patience when I struggled to pay at the end of the job after he let me believe that insurance would cover most of it. I truly believe that he let me hire him knowing I thought insurance would cover most of it because he knew I couldn't hire him if I had to pay out of pocket, and then just planned to squeeze me for the total due at the end of the job, which is exactly what happened. And if all that shadiness wasn't bad enough, get this... 2. The work he and his team did was to wrap my downstairs AC ducts (in my living room ceiling) to stop them from sweating in the summer, and then they fixed the drywall that the sweating had damaged. Well guess what. It's hot out again and guess whose ceiling is sweating with drywall and paint leaking from her living room ceiling? MINE! So the work he did under false pretenses wasn't even good work, because my ceiling is doing the exact same thing now that it had been doing when I hired him in the first place. But there's more! 3. A worker of his named Will admitted to peeping on me while I showered one day when Bryan and Dillon had gone to another job. I have all of this in text. (Will has since been fired [for other reasons].) Dishonest pay practices. Shoddy work. Shady creepy employees. If I could go back in time and NOT hire Fisher's Home Pros, I would. The most frustrating part was not the inspection failures themselves--it was the fact that I repeatedly had to manage the project for the company. Promised callbacks did not happen. Emails went unanswered. Managers failed to follow through. On multiple occasions, I was told someone would contact me, only to hear nothing and be forced to initiate contact again. When inspections failed, I often learned about the status only because I reached out myself. There were stretches of weeks with no communication despite repeated emails, phone calls, and text messages. I documented every interaction because the pattern became so predictable: promises were made, deadlines passed, and I was left chasing answers. Over the course of this project, I escalated concerns through multiple levels of management simply to obtain basic communication and updates. To be fair, Caleb and Chris Alfano were professional and helpful when I interacted with them. Unfortunately, individual employees could not overcome the larger organizational problems. The fact that this project remains unfinished after multiple remediation attempts and failed inspections says everything prospective customers need to know. I have spent countless hours following up, requesting responses, documenting conversations, and pushing this project forward. No customer should have to invest that amount of time and effort after hiring a professional company. The workmanship concerns were disappointing. The communication failures were unacceptable. The fact that the project is still not complete more than six months later is inexcusable.

Near the end of the day finally they show up and inform me no materials were acquired and work was not to start til the following day. So now we were supposed to start Tuesday it is being moved to Friday but lo and behold I get another message that night late again stating work cannot be started because one person couldn't show up. No follow up time/date anything. I reached back out and stated no work had been done and the deposit needed to be sent back. Albert and his crew had no response to that. Pretty shameful to do to a fellow veteran who is six months pregnant. I feel taken advantage of. These people are just scammers.
