Please DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT go to this cleaners. They are not accountable for their actions. I took a brand new outfit, only wore it once, and they shrunk it to the point that it is no longer wearable. I complained about the size of the outfit and they said the outfit was already like that. I showed them proof in a picture that the outfit runs big and it was very loose fitting. They then accused me of showing them a different outfit in the picture, they claimed it was not the same. They then asked for me to show them a receipt of purchase of the outfit, which is quite irrelevant. It could have been a gift or the receipt is simply no longer available. In any case, the outfit was not the same size when I picked it up. I asked to speak to the owner, which they refused. To add, I took a few different items to be dry cleaned, all the other items were okay but the outfit in question was of a different fabric which a knowledgeable dry cleaners would know not to over dry this material. I just wanted to give everyone the heads up on this place. They will not take responsibility and it is NOT worth going here when there are other dry cleaners in the area. Lesson learned! read more

This place will take care of anything you need in a very timely manner. They dry clean my suits and shirts, alter my clothing and have even taken on some special projects for me. The cost is minimal in comparison to other cleaners. You cant trust them 100%. read more

They did the alterations on the sides of the skirt took it home and now the back gapped open as a result. I took it back to get that fixed and they charged me the same amount as the first time. It ended up costing me more than the skirt! Never again read more

I used Superior many years ago for catering linen and apron cleaning. This past year another cleaner I used just around the corner had closed for good. I mainly use cleaners for just my suits, and one Special Suit. Last Christmas I dropped off my Santa Suit to be cleaned and due to COVID-19 totally forgot to pick it up. I was asked to play Santa for a local hospital and searched high and low at home for my Santa Suit. Couldn't find it so early in the morning I went searching and drove up to Superior with my fingers crossed and the clerk who helped me when I inquired about the suit, he said we have your suit Santa. They kept it and saved the day. They also have an amazing tailor on site. She is very professional. I recommend them over and over. read more

If you have an important event and need something cleaned, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! With 4 dry cleaning places on BRT alone, you would think this place would work hard to retain customers, but these people apparently would rather shun away customers then admit they made a mistake. My husband recently moved to the area a vigilantly took his shirts there to get cleaned every week. Realizing he wanted to switch jobs, he needed to get a suit cleaned before a HUGE interview. The morning of, he swung by Superior and they told him they LOST HIS SUIT. Needless to say, that was a disaster and when they finally found it, they had the audacity to charge him full price, with no apology. Assuming they have a lot of business solely because they are located next door to a very popular bakery; it certainly isn't their customer service bringing people to them. Superior cleaners is inferior! I had a coupon for dry cleaning and other services they offer. The owner stated it could not be used for anything but dry cleaning, despite the fact, there was no indication on the coupon. Finally, the owner acquiesced, but proceeded to increase the alteration price accordingly. Foolish , greedy move on the part of management, the loss of a good customer and bad press. read more

I brought a mens shirt that is for women. Meaning buttons on opposite side meant to be worn with a tie. They tried to charge me $7 rather than the $2.50 for the same shirt that buttons on the right side. Lady tries to argue with me that it's a womens blouse! No honey! It's a mens shirt for ladies! The first time they were at our neighbors house in their delivery - was lucky enough to find them. Now they keep saying we will look and call us back in a few minutes, and then don't call.... NEVER used this cleaners. We have given them several opportunities to service us and every time they FAILED miserably. Most recently were soiled sofa slipcovers that they could not clean and managed to shrink so they no longer fit our pillows. When confronted they refused to accept liability and would not credit my charge. There are enough good cleaners and honorable business people to use, so avoid Superior or you may end up as dissatisfied as we. read more

I brought 2 pair of wool dress pants in to be cleaned and when I went to pick them up the tried to give me someone else's clothes. I waited about 30 minutes while they went through their racks and then they told me to come back the next day. I did but they still didn't have the pants and told me they must be at another store and they would call them and have them find my pants. They said they would call me in the afternoon but didn't. I still don't have my pants and am getting the run around from them. We've been going to this cleaners for years but it has gone down hill. read more

We dropped off several shirts and a dress. It was immediately apparent that the dress had not been cleaned or even pressed. Some of the stains that had been pointed out on the shirts remained and they had even more creases then when we dropped them off. Not to mention their services are way overpriced. read more

I have been working with them for three years, they use to be very good. In a sudden they have new faces and they increased the prices to double and triples as well as they start to force you to have extra services such as Dry clean most of clothes and charge separate for for cleaning shirt + Hanger + Press . They don't respect time at all, they tells you afternoon for delivary and they don't show up at all or show up at 7pm. Multiple of times they return the cloth in the same condition i gave them but they just put it in a hanger. They don't understand much english which cause so much headache. I don't recommend them anymore unless they change their behaviors and quiet increasing the prices. read more

The people here are friendly and the prices are reasonable - 2 suit pant hems and dry cleaning for 2 suits was together ~$54 which is a very reasonable price. Yet again, lesson learned. Went back with a linen shirt and there was a huge crease ironed into the front so I had to re-iron it at hotel on vacation. Someone here needs to inspect each shirt BEFORE returning to customer. read more

I agree with the negative comments. My daughter had three very expensive pieces of clothing lost here. The total of three probably came to over $500. It took him weeks to even take the time to look for them when we finally decided they were nowhere to be found. He advised I need to come up with the receipts which is understandable but that took time so months later when we finally went in there with receipts the girl who works behind the counter not the owner not the manager told me to my face I wasn't getting a dime when I said are you kidding me I said I'm a good customer she had the nerve to say to me you're not a good customer and the manager didn't do a thing about it. We resolved the issue with some complimentary cleaning I took my stuff and I never returned and in the end I truly believe that those outfits were stolen by someone who works there. I'm in sales and customer service if I ever spoke to a client in that manner whether it was true or not I would be fired on the spot. I was a customer here for years. I lived around the corner and would drop off and pick up once a week. They then started the delivery with me and everything was fine. I then moved 2 miles away and still did the delivery and things were fine. The last 4 or 5 months have been nothing but horrible service. Missed pickups and missed drop offs. They were supposed to deliver to the back. One week it would be in the front, the next out back. Then one week it was out on the front fence in the pouring rain. I asked for the owner to call me and she never did. I went in to pick up my clothes because they missed the delivery today and asked to speak to the owner and they said she was not there. Meanwhile she was next door at the bakery. When I told her I was never coming back, she gave me a look like she just did not care. I gave them chance after chance these last few months. i've been going to this dry cleaners since august of 2012. in over 10 years of having shirts laundered, i have never had an issue with dry cleaners/launderers ripping shirts. in the last 5 months, i have received back 3 shirts from superior cleaners with tears in them after being cleaned and pressed. 3 strikes and you are out. never going back. note: the staff is incredibly nice, but this does not overcompensate for ripped shirts. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I was very grateful after I needed clothes cleaned for a wedding. I was very busy the days before the wedding I asked for a clean, I was almost certain that it wouldn't happen but after I explained to the manager, I got the suit wedding ready and clean in about 4 hours. These cleaners do shoddy work. Either they are not knowledgable or they are just careless. I brought in a pair of white linen pants that had 6 dots of rust stain from my iron. I asked if I should try to get it out with lemon juice and salt before they dry clean the pants but they said no let them try first. They removed the 6 dots of rust but left a large yellow patch, the lining was hanging way below the pants and so already a day late they asked if they could repair them at no charge by hemming what they called was a stretched out lining. I came back the following day and the pants were lying in a bunch with the seamstress. I insisted on trying on the pants. The pants had shrunk, the lining was cut off and not hemmed way above the bottom of the pants. The management offered to try to stretch them, clearly not aware that they were totally ruined. Don't trust them with anything you care about. read more

Two terrible experiences. My first experience with them was when I brought them a dress to be cleaned. It was stained with blue cake frosting. After paying $13, I got a dress back still covered in cake frosting. It didn't look like they had done anything at all! I brought it home and was able to get it out myself! My second bad experience was with their tailoring services. I brought them a brand new skirt suit to have hemmed (skirt as well as jacket sleeves). I arrived on the pick up date to basically be told it's not done, come back tomorrow. When I came back the next day, I was told the skirt was done, but they were still pressing the jacket. I tried on the skirt and found the lining to be hanging lower than the skirt in back. The woman did fix it, but of course it's a quick rush job that doesn't look nice on the inside! The sleeves were also an issue. Since the sleeves had buttons on the bottom, she had to move them, but it does not look professionally done. The buttons are not evenly spaced now and there are frayed areas where the old buttons were removed. And, when they pressed the jacket, they were kind enough to press wrinkles into it. And...they charged me full price, $50. I will never use them again!!! read more
