My review is gonna be long but please read. I didn't read the reviews and now this happened…read more I came here about two months ago because the A/C in my car wasn't working. When I originally made the appointment, I was told there would be around a $200 diagnostic charge to determine what was wrong with the A/C. They diagnosed a problem with the blower motor and fuse, replaced them, and the A/C was working and blowing cold afterward. My total bill, including an oil change, was almost $800. Three days ago, the A/C stopped cooling and started blowing warm air, although air is still coming out of the vents. I went back today because it has only been two months since the repair. The customer service I received when I returned was terrible. Before even looking at the car, I was told they didn't have time and that I needed to make an appointment. I explained that I had already brought the car to them for the A/C problem only two months ago and showed my receipt. I was then told that because air is still coming out of the vents, the blower motor they replaced is working, so the fact that the air is no longer cold must be "something else." When I asked if they had checked the entire A/C system during the original visit, I was told there was "nothing to check" because the air was cold after they replaced the blower motor. I understand that the blower motor and the components that actually cool the air are different, and I am not claiming that the blower motor they installed has failed. What I don't understand is how I was originally told there would be around a $200 charge to diagnose my A/C problem, but now I'm being told there was "nothing to check" beyond the blower motor because the air happened to be cold at that moment. More than anything, I was disappointed by the way I was treated when I came back. I wasn't demanding a free repair or accusing them of doing anything wrong. I simply expected them to take my concern seriously, especially after spending almost $800 there only two months ago. Instead, I felt dismissed from the moment I arrived. I will be taking my car somewhere else. Regardless of what the new A/C problem turns out to be, I would not return here because of the horrible customer service and also They don't stand behind their work.

We received excellent customer service from Juan…read more The service here is like no other. It seems like everyone here knows what they supposed to do. If for whatever reason it's slow, the service is even faster because everyone jumps in to help in someway. Amazing value from top to bottom - customer service, service, to out the door in a timely manner. We were there because my father needed new tires. He was able to purchase and get them installed within about 30 minutes of time. Being able to go to a shop. Pull up, purchase new tires, and having them balanced and installed within like 30 minutes - is unheard of. Here on the other hand, this is possible. Overall: Definitely coming back in the future and will be referring family and friends for their exceptional service.

Now i have a bent sway bar end link that i have to replace myself. Waste of time.

So I pull up to LA CUSTOM FOOD TRUCKS to talk to Vik. This guy was such a jokester, but after all the jokes he got down to business. We went through the trailer and the plans. he pointed out all the corrections I needed. Then he called Andy over and these guys started brainstorming like a movie. They were rattling off codes and requirements. Their shop was full so I did a tour and I could tell they knew what they were doing. Quality is top notch, they build from the ground up. Needless to say I left my trailer with them for an estimated 3 weeks. Vik called me 2 days after I dropped it off to pick-up my plans. The health department approved the plans, and Vik and Andy had my trailer back to me in 2 weeks from start to finish. These guys are very knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. The trailer was certified the following week, and is out paying for itself. Couldn't have asked for two better guys to work with. My next trailer will be built by LA CUSTOM FOOD TRUCKS start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMED!! THANK YOU guys again!! JEFFREY M.

We were driving from San Diego to Monterey in my 1992 Bronco (bold choice, I know). Stopped for snacks... and suddenly the engine barely turns over and drives like it just gave up on life. Three mechanics said no. THREE. An AutoZone employee points us to Josh like he's sending us to the final boss... except this boss fixes everything. Within 2 hours -- TWO HOURS -- he diagnosed a bad fuel pump/filter and had us back on the road like nothing happened. I've seen less efficiency from Amazon Prime. Bronco runs amazing now.
