They were able to change the tire and get us out by closing time. Answered all questions and concerns we had! Of minor note, they didn't have insulated tires, and given there wasn't time to replace other tires --tread difference about 4- we only replaced one tire. It was as good as it could get on a Sunday night, when we have another 250 miles to get home with 2 young kids in the car.

Was delays 3 hrs until they had time for radiator evaluation. Another 1.5 hrs was wasted when they ordered the wrong coolant reservoir until they said they couldn't do the job. I wouldn't trust Pep Boys at all. They said my coolant reservoir was cracked and my thermostat housing needed to be replaced. All of those things mentioned were fine. The coolant leak came from the lower radiator hose! They got everything wrong when they did the radiator diagnostic! All that happened was they damaged my radiator leveling measurement stick! These guys aren't certified technicians. I should have left when the guy didn't know how to start my car and looked clueless with the car fob in one hand when he attempted to pre-inspection my car getting the mileage.

I arrived was greeted and gave them my name he got my keys and asked the purpose was there a concern. I told him my reasons and I wanted the tires rebalanced along with the alignment. I had gotten my tires there so there would be no charge for the balancing. They were quicker then they quoted the time to be and I was able to pay my bill for service and be on my way. Great service kind staff and pricing is fair. I've been to a few other locations and I have been happy so far.
