I would not recommend Brock's. My very first phone call I asked if they serviced Volvo's and was…read moretold yes. I take my old car in because of a grating sound I was hearing in the wheels. They recommend that I turned the front rotors. Problem temporarily solved. The sound came back, then they recommended that I get the back rotors turned and the brakes replaced. This is my first big complaint. I would think that it makes sense to check all four wheels before sending me on my way. During this second visit I also asked that they see if they can read the codes for the check engine light. They do so, then tell me that they don't have the tools to find out what is wrong with my car, and was charged around $80 for this service anyways. I finally take my car to the Volvo dealer to find out that my vehicle needs 3-5 grand in repair to run safely, which Brocks should have been able to tell me if only they had the tools to find out that the radiator hose and steering rack had visible issues. The name of the business has "car repair", which they were unable to do.

It is a VERY relaxed low pressure atmosphere. The golf was received on a Tuesday at 3pm. I had delivered the day at noon. My red club car came to me perfect and it is the best golf cart I have driven. I got the model with the lithium battery and it is well worth it I traded in a hardly used club car in mint condition and I was shocked at the difference Bottom line. If you want a golf car buy it from Clark and buy a lithium. You will be glad you did Tell Clark "Larry sent you"

I am begging you NOT to use these scammers. I went in for a simple oil change, long story short,…read moreand came out needing a new transmission. The one trip for an oil change led to two more trips with different 'issues' where I spent a few thousand dollars there in total. On the last trip, they replaced my transmission cooler hoses. The hose was not tightened, therefore, causing ALL of my transmission fluid to leak out. I park on grass, so I never saw the fluid leaking out until it was too late. The mechanic failed to make adequate repairs to my vehicle resulting in my transmission to lock up. I had to have my car towed home because I was driving one day and it just locked up on me. When I called to explain to them it was their fault they just kept saying "I'm sorry, but what do you want me to do?" They would not compensate me or even offer to fix it for free. I was not offered a rental car or any help whatsoever from them. I asked for a copy of their shop liability insurance and was not provided this information. Not to mention all of this happened over a 2 months time span. My jeep has run fine for 6 years and a month after I took it to them, I am without a car. After I got it out of the shop the last time, they called me to assure me everything was fine and stated no safety features were messed up. They have manipulated me, used me, and taken my service for granted. Again, do not use Pickens Auto Repair. Please take your money elsewhere!!!
