The tow service was phenomenal and affordable for what I needed. The Driver definitely assured me that things would be better for my car and that was helpful. Definitely a hidden gem in the area. read more

They expect you to come in with a DL before they release a vehicle. What happens when that's the only vehicle you have. Won't except an email like every other business. Then claims Internet is down. So I guess no work phone can receive a email. Aweful customer service and not trying to work outside the box to get a customer vechile to a shop for repairs. Work the problem.. dang man read more

So friendly. Affordable and efficient. I will be calling them next time I need it. Recommend you to call Buddy's

Great service! Has towed everything from my mci 8 motorcoach to my mazda miata with professionalism and quality I always call Buddy's!!!@

They charged me 200.00to only take my car three miles down the road.i could have understood if 50.00to maybe 75.00 but two hundred

Terrible rain... We hit a chunk of pavement and blew out the front tire. Since I recently had shoulder surgery I could not physically change the tire. I called Buddys for a tow. In 10 minutes Kevin from Buddys arrived. He quickly loaded our car on the flatbed and we were on our way! Once we arrived at the tire store Kevin unloaded our car as we waited inside. Buddys was efficient, professional, and reasonable. 100% satisfied! read more

These guys are prompt, friendly and seem to really care about getting you where you need to go as quickly as they can. I'm very pleased with their service. read more

Still waiting on my receipt. Driver did not put my receipt in the vehicle. The car was dropped before I paid. Received a call for a payment over the phone, and I requested a receipt thereafter. The receipt is still pending. Driver created a receipt after he dropped my vehicle, and I never received it. I need it for insurance reimbursement. read more

The owner was extremely rude to me. I asked him to go help tow my husband's friends classic car and told him where they were. I also asked if he could call my husband as he got closer for a better idea of where they had broken down. He said, "No, they have to call me." I told him they were very upset and to please call them. He said to me, " If they cannot call me, they don't need a tow," and hung up on me. I was very upset at his unprofessional response... So rude and disrespectful during what we believed to be a critical tow, especially because there are not many places to pull over around here... There are no shoulders and you cannot go in someone's driveway unannounced. They were in the street. We do understand he may have been having his own bad day, so we will keep him in our prayers. Finally: THANKS TO HAWK TOWING FOR CALLING MY HUSBAND AND GOING TO HELP THEM OUT! THE HAWK DRIVER ALSO..UNBELIEVABLY, TOWED THE VEHICLE ...RIGHT ..IN .. TO.. THE GARAGE! read more

My car was damaged in a small crash. I called AAA for a tow, and because it was after 6 the only company who could respond was Buddy's. Initially the tow was projected to be 50 minutes out, which seemed reasonable. After waiting 2 hours with zero communication from the tow company we called AAA again. The night dispatcher finally called us and said it would be another 4 hours because there were more tows. I asked him a question only to have the dispatcher swear at me, tell me that if I didn't stop asking questions he would let me sit all night, and to find a ride and leave my vehicle with the keys and extra cash for the longer tow. I said that seemed unsafe, and he told me to lock it all and he would have his tow driver unlock it with his tools when he got there at 2 in the morning. I told him I would need to discuss it with my husband, which I did, who told me to call AAA and see if there could be another company who could come get it even if it meant a longer wait. I then received a threatening text from Buddy's dispatcher because I "got AAA harassing him." I was alone with a small child on the outskirts of town and he felt it appropriate to threaten me. I cancelled the tow and found other help. I will never recommend this company, and I will actively discourage those who are looking for a tow to avoid it. It was an awful experience. read more

They quickly picked up my daughter who had a blowout on 123 and delivered the car to Goodyear to be fixed without a scratch!

I locked myself out of my car and the driver who came to help me was Rick. Super nice guy and great sense of humor. The wait time was 90 minutes which I felt was reasonable. I've read some reviews that were awful, but people need to remember when you call you are getting in line, and there may be people ahead of you. You don't get to jump ahead of everyone else. Also, a complaint about not wanting to get messages to people. WTH, it's a towing business, not a secretarial business. read more

HORRIBLE, definitely wouldn't recommend. Called for a quote gave the address and they picked a time, called a couple minutes before the time scheduled and said they were 45 minutes out, we are waited 45 minutes called back and said they were on the other side of town nowhere near the address we agreed on.. Waited an hour, still no call no updates. Called back to cancel and they said they never had a scheduled pickup date for us.. never talked to anybody, lied about having us scheduled when we had just talked to Buddy an hour before!! THEY ARE LIARS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! read more

Ive had 3 incidences in a 4 year span that required a tow. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else. They delivered my car to my mechanic and everything worked out great. Drivers were professional, friendly and delivered in a timely manner. read more

This company has harassed me for a truck I haven't owned in over 3 years.tgey have called me twice in one day and sent a certified letter. If you tow a vehicle and don't know who the owner of it is you do t harass every previous owner. read more

If you want to be overcharged...call buddy's towing. If you want to be treated bad.. call buddy's towing. The owner and his wife were both rude towards my daughter and myself when I asked them why they charged her $240 to tow her car 3 miles. Their answer was...they can charge up to a certain amount of money which is posted on their wall which they will charge and point it out to you when you arrive there to pick your vehicle up. None of this is mentioned when you call them to have it towed...There are several towing business's in the Easley area that are more than fair...dollar wise and will show you how they truly care about your business by treating you like a person instead of a dollar. Do yourself and your wallet a favor...call one of them instead of buddy's towing in Easley. You will save some money and have a peace of mind about the folks towing your vehicle or a member of your family's vehicle instead of buddy's towing. I don't want to advertise by mentioning other towing companies in Easley but there are several to choose from that truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Thank you for your time everyone... with the exception of buddy's towing. To whom commented on my review. No it was not a wrecked vehicle. Nor did it have a flat tire. The vehicle would not start.. After the dealer looked at the car it only needed a battery. I guess Buddy's towing was more interested in towing the car instead of trying to jump the vehicle off. read more

Called with hopes I'd get a tow in an hour, and it was an hour-and-a-half but considering the lack of warning I've got no arguments with that. They were nice and polite and efficient. read more

Worst towing company to deal with. Told them when I called that I would be riding with my car, but there was a woman in the truck. The driver was very very rude when I asked for a 4 point tie down like the laws state requires. Dispatch was asked to call the guy to correct the tie down but never done it. Called back and dispatch hung up on me twice. Worst place to deal with. read more

These guys left me holding the bag they said they would call me when they on the way lol stansell saved the day

We've used Buddy's several times and they have always been reasonable with rates & most importantly, been on time when a scheduled pick up was placed. I hope to not need them in the future, but if we do, I'll call them. read more

Very unprofessional and rude staff, woman offered to take a plate from our car before it goes to salvage , and she didn't , aged obese man said that they did us a favor for towing our car and if we are not happy we need just leave. Favor? For our own money? Can not imagine if I say to my customers to leave, I would be fired. read more

I called in the morning to set up a tow for 5 to 6 in the afternoon, The lady that answered the phone was nice and took down my information. She told me they would call when they were on the way. I never received a call and tried calling them for over 2 hours and only got a fax machine. at 8:00 I finally called another tow service to come pick up the car. I understand things can happen, but a phone call would have been nice. Don't think I'll call them again. I guess they didn't want my business. read more

If you are involved with having to have your car towed as a result of a wreck, my advice is do NOT let BUDDYS tow company in Easley tow your car. It used to be that they were the only ones we used but I got taken!! It was TOTALLY wrong how I was treated and I don't want anyone else treated this way. The tow driver did not give me the option of paying the tow fee and towing to my house, even though that's what I asked him to do. All he told me was that he would take it to Buddy's and it could sit there as long as we wanted. When I asked if there would be other fees he told me there would be a storage fee after the first 24 hours. I thought this was my only option but it wasn't. I could've payed the tow fee and he take it to my house. When we went to talk to the owner of Buddy's towing, he was aggressive (threatening and cussing at my husband) and nonapologetic. Of course we were upset! We knew we would have to pay yet ANOTHER tow fee to get it where we need it to be! The owner went round and round of whether or not he would tow it to our house without a fee, obviously not caring that his driver did not communicate properly. While I was writing down our agreement that he would tow to body shop or our house without an additional fee,he started talking again. I was tired of hearing it, I told him that when he recognizes his driver did the wrong thing, then he could explain it to me, yet again. He then said he would not tow it again as he said he would. A simple apology would have gone a long way- not a customer friendly owner! read more
