(WTF?!?! like seriously who does that? If my reviews don't matter what are you so worried about it for then?) Now I keep receiving messages and texts with him stating he should've left my car there. DO NOT USE! He lies to insurance and customers. I was very nice and helped him locate car on initial morning of request by my insurance picking this company to tow my car to repair facility. When I confirmed the address he was to take car to he never replied. He took to his storage stating the repair place wasn't open for him to drop off to. The rest of the next day he inputs in the service tracker that he was enroute to drop my car at repair place during business hours. Numerous calls were made to him from my insurance to find out where he was he kept lying and saying almost there but didn't move. Last check before i went to bed around 11pm showed he still did not move and when I woke up the next morning it showed completed and confirmed with him he had dropped it off overnight sometime. He told me he left key in drop box. Why couldn't he have done this then when he first picked up my car? I went to repair facility to confirm my car was there. Facility has a huge sign on building that states tow truck drivers do not drop off cars without going in the office & there are cones blocking the entrance. I found my car there with the key in the ignition and no drop box anywhere. When my husband left him a bad review he proceeded to send him nasty threatening text messages with screenshots showing the after drop off information which of course since he took to his place shows his address as destination. But I also had a screenshot the original request which shows the repair place as destination.
