Got the HVAC issue repaired at a reputable local mechanic for $232. Oil pan gasket did not need replace nor a differential leak. Oh you tech that changed the oil 62610 didn't tighten properly and that leaked after service. I will never buy a vehicle from you due to your shady shop practices. Shame on your staff.

Onstar explained what it could be from this code and recommended service at the dealer York. When I contacted Yorks service Dept I was told they would have to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle for a $140.00 even though I had the code from onstar! Ridiculous if they don't know this code then look it up! I pay for onstar just for this purpose. I've been a loyal customer for several years now. The first time I've had service with this new service manager I had to replace a fuel pump after contacting onstar. I was charged a diagnostic fee then even though onstar gave me the code. I also found out from the service manager that if I used flex fuel in my Impala than it ate the rubber seals in the pump as they don't make a seal that is resistant to flex fuel. Yet my Impala is a flex fuel vehicle and I should have not had to pay to get it fixed Chevrolet should have fixed it for free as it is not truly a flex fuel vehicle! I don't know how they get away with selling it as one! These two things makes me wonder how many vehicles sold as flex fuel from Chevrolet have fuel pump gaskets that can't handle flex fuel and the owners charged for a new pump that as well can't handle flex fuel! So after these two service episodes one I didn't go to. I will not pay for a diagnostic test when it's not needed! I will find another repair shop, more over another dealership to patronize.

Agreement was made in Oct 11 and 12. Contract elements were completed: 1) Offer Oct 11, the offer consisted of Edmunds Ad, James, confirming that C-Max is still available for sale, and giving current price of $15,995. I agreed to pay that and said I was interested. I told him that I would ship car to CO. James agreed to that. I asked him to hold the car and he agreed to do that. 2) Acceptance of the offer: Oct 11 at 6:00 PM I emailed stating "I want to proceed with the purchase" Oct 12 I told Brian I would purchase the car and would wire the funds or send a bank check 3) Agreement to my acceptance Oct 12, Brian told me he would take the car off of the market, and requested reg name registration. I emailed it. Oct 13 I requested a total price and got shipping via YellowFin. Oct 14 James emailed refusal to sell: Just wanted to let you know that we have a long time customer that is in need of a hybrid vehicle and the Cmax is what they are looking for. The boss has decided to sell it to them verses selling to you. There are many deceptive, dishonest wicked vendors nowadays but I did not expect this from Mr Bob Bowen.

Helpful smiles and concern from all. They diagnosed my issues and had me back on the road in less than 60 minutes. I felt like they dropped what they were doing to get me back on the road. Cannot get that kind of treatment in the big city dealerships. Thank you all - (not sure why the review says California I live in Indiana)
