I took my two young daughters here for open play. It was not that busy and the staff was very friendly. I really like the fact that the place is well-staffed because there are a lot of opportunities for bad things to happen. With so many employees on hand (and friendly and helpful as well!), I didn't feel like my kids were in danger. The majority of the activities are for kids older than my own, maybe for ages 5-12? My 3 year-old could do some of the obstacle courses and the small kids' bounce house. My 17 month-old could do the small bounce house and I took her down two of the slides, but it was not easy to get up while carrying a small child. There are many bounce houses and inflatable slides, a trampoline, a small laser tag maze, and other related things. There is also a small children area with giant blocks and childrens' toys, but not much else. I thought $9 was a bit steep for two hours (or less) of play and was surprised they don't have longer periods of play time. But my daughters enjoyed their time there and I would probably go back when they are a bit older. It's worth checking out. We came for a school event. It looks like this warehouse is split into two allowing for two huge parties. They offer blow up obstacle courses, slides, bounce houses and basketball games. We came in the winter and it was FREEZING in there. I literally kept my winter jacket on and was freezing the entire time. The bathrooms were a mess while the party lasted but I guess what can you expect when you have grades k-8 running around. It was pretty crammed during the event with so many people. Not many places to sit down inside the play areas. They did have a separate room where you could set up food and they had tables and seating but you aren't able to see out into the play area. I had thought about scheduling a winter birthday party here but seeing how Cold it was I wasn't too impressed. Definitely think some renovations need to be done and have a seating area with glass divider for parents to sit down. Based on other review of this place sounds like in the summer it is super hot and from my experience it's super cold in the winter. I inquired about prices they set for birthdays and I'd rather be more comfortable and you actually save money going to world of bounce over this place. read more

A person working for this company at a recent event was mean to my son. Rather than retype it, here's what I wrote about it in my review of that event: "My little boy has never been in one of those moonwalks. I showed him some pictures the night before and got him all excited to go. He got up to the moonwalk and started to go in but the bouncer stopped him at the door. He let in every kid before him but stopped him. He said they were closing up at 7:00. It didn't fully sink in on me until we were walking away but now I'm really upset. Who turns away a four year old? He couldn't just let him go in there and jump around for ten minutes? He couldn't let one little guy past the limit go in for a few minutes? This was the most interesting thing to do here besides the pool and they wouldn't even let him do it. He was heart broken and I was heart broken for him. He had to stand there and watch all the other kids play. Then after about two minutes he kicked all the other kids out too. At least one of them that I saw was crying." We were there right at 7:00. We came here for a 5 y/o's birthday party. Our kids had fun playing with oversize toys, bouncing in the bounce houses and sliding down the slides. I'll agree with others that more staff would be appreciated as certain bounce houses would be randomly blocked off due to lack of staff. More than once, I had to rescue a kid from a bounce house or other activity (though that is more the fault of other parents not watching their #$%&ing kids than the Supergames staff.) Still, if you want your kids to have a fun activity and burn off some energy, this place could be the ticket. read more

Super Games was very good to us on our son's birthday. We arrived and they handled everything - we simply played with our son & entertained guests. They cleaned up after eating and loaded gifts/leftover food in our car. Booking was a breeze, I would definitely have a party there again. read more

Came in for a Birthday party. Good place overall. They allow you to bring your own food/cake. The place looked clean (big deal for me). I would change one thing - MORE staff. Kids wanted to run around and visit all of the inflatables. Because there are very few people working, they blocked jump houses one by one. All of them should be open during the entire party. read more

We hosted Rock the Pumpkin in West Chester, OH - near Cincinnati. We rented four incredible inflatables from SuperGames: obstacle courses & bounce houses. Zach and the crew were FANTASTIC! They arrived on time, set up was like clock-work. They staffed the inflatables and were great to work with! Very professional, fun, and a great partner for such a huge event! We had my daughter's 5th birthday there today and it was a great experience! The staff was very pleasant and assisted with unloading our car and helped with room setup. They even had a projector in the banquet room with a birthday greeting with my daughters name displayed - nice touch! A special thanks to Tristian! He kept us updated with the timeline and helped with distributing food. What I especially appreciated about him was how he interacted with the kids and how he remembered ALL of their names. I used to love this place BUT I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, my kid birthday was on July and there was NO AC my husband almost pass out, the kids were soaking wet . Do not plan on having a party there during the summer, it is hell. I'm never going or doing a party there ever again. And I don't thing any parent from the school where my kids go will either . The girls that helped us there were amazing, that is why I will give only 1 star. read more

Took a summer camp group of 80 plus kids here. They had their staff as well as the camp staff work an inflatable, so there was about 10-15 different things our kids could use. The kids loved it and ran and jumped around like crazy for 2 hours. read more

We had out 3 yr old twins birthday at Supergames and was great! The staff was so helpful setting up and running the show. It actually allowed us to enjoy the party as opposed to working the whole time to get it all done. Sophie was great with all the kids and really made the party go off without a hitch! It was well managed in terms of time so that everything got handled and we really never felt rushed. We would highly, highly recommend them for a childrens party. read more

I had an event booked with Supergames. I was asking for a contract for 2 weeks via email when I finally called the location. After 3 unreturned messages over 5 days, I was finally able to reach someone. When I was told the contract would be in my inbox in a few minutes, I received an email stating they would not longer be able to provide for our event. I was told that our event was not large enough for them to help. It didn't make "good business sense". They had booked other large events in the 2 weeks I was waiting and the director told me that they were understaffed and couldn't help. I wish I would have been told that my money wasn't good enough 2 weeks earlier. read more

This was absolutely horrible. We thought by buying the EXTREME package we were getting the best, most convienent package since it cost the most. Well..... We go in... It's stifling hot. We get a private room that we were rushed out of into the play area where we found out that we only had access to certain things. The entire back which has better stuff then the front and cost less had ppl whom just got to sit and enjoy themselves. Never rushed by anyone and they paid LESS then we did. The service was horrible even the people at the front desk had attitudes with guests and us.. Paying customers. It was absurd. I would recommend "Pump It Up" if you want to have a kids B day party at a place like this. read more

This place was awful! The staff people were rude to the kids!! To start off, I purchased the most expensive package for my sons birthday party. The website said this included all the inflatables but also included laser tag and a rock climbing wall. It sounded as though we would have access to all the inflatables in the back room plus the extras. This was not the case. We didn't get access to anything in the back half of the room, included the majority of the inflatables and the trampoline. Not to mention, we were rushed from room to room. Rushed to eat pizza and cake. Half of the people didn't even get to eat because we were so rushed. The building was sooo hot it was unbearable. We paid more than the other party however, we were moved around from room to room and were not giving our own space. The other party that was there that paid less than us had much larger area and didn't have to move once. I was very disappointed. The package I paid for was very misleading. I paid for convenience and space and that is not what I received. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any event!!! read more

My daughter booked my granddaughter's birthday party at Supergames. My daughter was very excited because she thought it would be an easy party for her (she previously attended an earlier party and thought the staff took care of everything). The day of the party I helped her out by taking the drinks and ice-cream over early as she was told we were welcome to use their refrigerator/freezer. Immediately, I was turned off when three young ladies were standing near the front door smoking. Are you kidding me? This is a children's party event. Upon arriving at the party, there was absolutely NO parking! Once inside (after a long hike in 90 degree weather), I was very confused as was most of our guests. The gentleman at the front desk sent everyone to the back of the building. There were other parties going on at the same time, so I wasn't sure which friends belonged to my granddaughter or where her actual party even was. The A/C was broken so the longer we were there the hotter it got. I decided to retrieve the drinks I brought earlier in the day only to discover the party before us drank most of them (even though I clearly marked our name all over them with a sharpie). At this point, I'm totally involved and pretty much took over my daughter's duties as I knew this wasn't going well and I'd need to be on the staff. Once I knew what room we were setting up in for pizza, cake, and gift opening, I asked if the plastic table covers would be changed since there was food and liquid on them from the previous party. They said they do NOT change and only wipe them. It was more like a spot wipe. Gross! I definitely would have brought my own if I had known that. Once the kids came in things went pretty well (the manager on duty replaced our drinks) until it was time to open the gifts. I was advised she only had time to open a couple because the next party was coming in. Well, you can't just open a couple when you are dealing with 5/6 year olds. The guests were disappointed they didn't get to see the gifts. You are allowed 25 guests for the $300 party fee which does NOT include anything as far as paper products, food, etc. Unfortunately, my granddaughter only had 15 guests so $20 a guest is pretty steep considering another couple hundred was spend on party supplies, pizza, and cake.
