With great concern for the wellbeing of all and a sad heart I write this review. My visit to…read moreSugars End Dental, following several good visits in the past, was terribly shocking. First I was surprised to be told that Dr. Fowler would be seeing me, rather than Dr. Coakley, for a crown prep. He administered 2 numbing shots. Moments later I began to have accelerated heart rate, shaking, and disorientation. Then I realized I must have been given the shot that included epinephrine. I asked Dr. Fowler and he said "yep." I asked if he had read my chart clearly stating to NOT use epinephrine due to my severe reaction to it. He said, "nope, sorry." Then I asked Cat, the dental assistant, who has assisted Dr. Coakley for most of my visits, if she had reviewed my chart prior to the procedure. She said, "no, it didn't come up on the screen, must be a systems glitch." My experience was further compromised by the follow up text from Dr. Fowler, "chill out and don't overthink my error." I just wish I could be saying that someone cared about me, their patient, as opposed to defending themselves. This office is no longer safe or competent for me. I share this as caution to make sure your every doctor both looks at your chart and speaks with you before proceeding. As my surgeon friend said, had they cared an ounce for my well being it just wouldn't have been so horrifying and painful.

What a caring and professional staff. Those two terms are important to me. Both Dr. Fowler and…read morehis staff care about your experience, both personally but financially. None better. Thank you to all of you.

Was referred here by the VA to finish up some dents work that needed to be completed closer to home…read moreand due to unavailability of appointments at the VA. First impressions yes it's a old house turned into a office. No different than you'd find in a big city in the older communities. But inside you can tell it has been professionally redone to work as a dentist office. The staff was friendly, receptive and helpful. Dr Craig was friendly and knowledgeable. Actually going out of his way to ensure I had the correct care, the proper paperwork for the Va and ensuring that my follow ups where timely to get procedures finished. As of now he has been able to complete a difficult root canal on a molar. Which btw most dentist cannot and you'd have to see specialist. I have had two teeth prepped for crowns. I am set shortly to have the crowns finished and my implant started from the VA finished. Without their go getter attitude and helpfully was I can say without a doubt this is something time wise in the past has taken a year to complete through the VA and has been done in a matter of two months through his office. With them getting the approvals setup and trying to make it as stressless as possible. I will update my review when I have my work complete. But so far it has been an overall Positive experience. Not something that I can say has happened throughout my dental work from my explosion. It has been nice to have a positive experience especially with the trauma involved. I would highly recommend giving them a try. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. And they are Service Dog Friendly.

Dr. Craig Ajmo is the worst dentist I've ever been to. Unfortunate because he and his wife are…read morenice people, otherwise. After spending upwards of $10,000.00, I have a bridge that doesn't blend in well, a front molar that was drilled out so thinly, it disintegrated and can't be repaired (aside from an implant), and an incisor (obviously visible) that was also drilled out too thinly, which has now broken off. The incisor needed a root canal, which he mistakenly filled with a temporary. When I made another appointment to ask why a 'dark filling' was used in a front, non-biting tooth, I was told, "Oh, oops! ... I got sidetracked and put a temporary in by mistake." This error prompted further drilling to remove the remains of the temporary (which was never completely removed - it still left the tooth looking dark), thus leaving it far too thin and fragile. Now, I'll have to spend several thousand dollars for implants to repair the damage Dr. Ajmo created. My advice ... go elsewhere!

I had my first visit to this beautiful state of the art dental office…read more From the minute I walked in I was greeted by the front desk welcoming me. They have a beautiful fish tank in there that is very calming to look at. Then Alaina the dental assistant came out and took me to get a thorough and extensive x rays and photos of myself and my mouth. Alaina is very personable, knowledgeable and sweet. Alaina makes sure you feel comfortable through it all. . Then Rebecca did my cleaning, she was also very good, gentle and thorough. This was the first time meeting Dr. Kassidy Lewis and I loved her. Dr. Kassidy Lewis did the most extensive detailed post cleaning exam and explained and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan they are putting together for me!! I had a question after I was all done. and Alaina went to ask her my concern and Alaina came back and said Dr. Lewis wants to come back in if you could wait a few minutes. Dr. Lewis is really sweet. Then on the way out the front desk told me to help myself to some snacks or a beverage!! I highly recommend this state of the art dental practice.
