Thank you so much, Little Smiles! My son has ADHD and had such a frightening experience at his…read moreprevious dentist that I truly didn't think I would ever be able to get him to see a dentist again. From the moment we arrived, Kelsea was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. She took the time to help my son become comfortable with all of the dental tools, even demonstrating on his hand what everything would feel like before using them. She never once lost her patience, even when trying multiple flavors to find one he would tolerate. One of the biggest surprises was the suction machine. He absolutely hated it at his previous dentist, but Kelsea was so wonderful that she actually got him to ask to use it! Dr. Kim was equally amazing. She was at the front greeting patients when we arrived and immediately made my son feel comfortable. She sat with him, counted his teeth together with him, and showed him his X-rays. She spoke to him in a way he could understand, avoiding scary dental terminology and never overwhelming him with intimidating instruments. She was thorough, explained everything about his teeth to us, and made sure all of our questions were answered. I am beyond impressed with this dental practice and would highly recommend them to any family, especially those with children who have special needs. They completely alleviated the stress and exhaustion that can come with taking a child with special needs to a doctor they perceive as scary. We are so grateful to have found a dental team that truly understands how to care for children with patience, compassion, and kindness.

So I agree to have the work completed at 180.00 out of pocket for me. After it was said and done I was leaving and at the desk where I should have paid the 180...now it was almost 500!!!! I said that is NOT WHAT THE DR TOLD ME! She said well this is what it cost to do this work. I told her what he told me and how it was explained and she said well this is the cost. I paid it without knowing what to do. Never once did she consult the Dr on his price he gave me. I called back later that day and told her to please remove me from the schedule that I was told by the Dr. one price and she charged me another price and that just was not fair or right...NO ONE ever goes in to get work done without know the price....that is just crazy! So I let it go...today I get another call for the office to informed me I owe yet another 500.......we rehashed my last visit and she said "well we gave you a service and now you have to pay for the service the Dr. did not know the prices I run the front desk" my reply was I agreed to the service based on what information my Dr. gave me....I did not think it was fair to change the price after I agreed with my Dr on a plan. So good luck to you with your payment and this office. Maybe record what your told...or get it in writing.
