The layout of the store really needs to be improved, they seem to be cramming so much into the store, that the shopping experience becomes difficult, the aisles are so narrow due to stands being placed in the middle of aisles - the store is a good size, I don't see why they can't move these elsewhere. 3* - Good selection but the overall layout does not lead to a pleasurable shopping experience, and the staff didn't seem too friendly.

The make up section is extensive too, with a lot of choice. The staff are friendly in general, and there are always good offers. I generally find Superdrug to be cheaper than Boots due to having better offers. They now have a Beauty Card too, so you can earn points as you shop.

It would be easy to feel pretty overwhelmed by the vast array of products on display, but the staff are helpful and friendly and will point you in the right direction. Sihala provides many products to be used by all women but specialises in a range of products for black people that would not be found in most high street cosmetics retailers, which often tend to overlook the specific needs of black customers.
