This Superdrug store is OK, while it might lack facilities compared to larger stores, the Burnley Charterwalk location, looks and feels modern and has a small but satisfactory range of products for a store of its' size. I do think some of the men's products were priced a little high and there was a poorer selection of anti-bacterial products such as hand soaps and gels, compared to nearby Boots (also located inside the same shopping centre) I would visit again while in Burnley. I have to admit that on the whole I far prefer to visit the Boots store in Burnley than Superdrug. That said, I do pop in from time to time as Superdrug does have some offers on general day to day toiletries that can make it cheaper than Boots. I find the layout in the Burnley branch a little confused which means I tend to wander aimlessly down all the aisles in search of what I'm looking for. There are rarely any staff on the shop floor and those on the tills don't seem particularly knowledgeable or helpful. If you're looking for customer service then you probably won't find it here but if you're in search of some offers on products you would have bought anyway then it's worthy of a visit. read more

the store is very big and has a lovely range of cosmetics which i love to look at. i always come here to buy my toiletries and find the prices acceptable. they sometimes have some great offers in store which saves me some money. however i dont think the staff are very usefull as they always look bored and not very intrested. read more
