The salon is more beautiful on the inside than I even expected! I knew exactly what I wanted, demi-permanent in darkest shade of brown. I have had this color before and knew I wanted it. I saw Jen Hyneman. She was sooo nice and listened! I told her the color I wanted and she suggested one shade lighter because I am quite pale in the winter. She took her time with me and we had a very nice conversation. My hair looked good, but unfortunately it wasn't as dark as I wanted. I am very happy she gave me her professional opinion and my new hair color looked great and very natural! It is just not what I had wanted specifically. So I called the salon and Adrienne answered and offered for me to come back in and have it redone. Jen was so nice when I came back and very understanding! I got my hair redone and it turned out better than I wanted! She also gave me the same discount I had used the first time. I am very very happy with my hair now! The color that was originally done was beautiful as well and did go with my skin tone more than the darker shade I wanted but I was a little picky and am very happy with the final results! Jen and Adrienne were so helpful and I am definitely going to be returning! Highly recommend!
