I had an appointment today at 2:40pm which I made by phone. I arrived and was told there was only one person in front of me. I sat and waited and was called within 7 minutes of arrival. The girl walked me over to the chair and then asked me if I had a mask. No one told me I needed a mask when I called. No one told me I needed a mask when I arrived and gave them my name. No one told me I needed a mask when I sat for 7 minutes waiting. I have been a customer of this Supercuts for about 12 years or more. When I told the girl that I was immune, she laughed. I told her I was serious and that I could not get anyone there sick nor could they get me sick. Upon telling them that I would never return, one of the "ladies" there said that it didn't make a difference because they had to enforce the rules. I proceeded to Great Clips where I got a great haircut And cheaper because they gave me a senior discount. So...it doesn't make a difference that I can now get cheaper haircuts at Great Clips. This super cuts is terrible they only know two hairstyles an undercut and a combover i've been going here for years and every single time i try and give it the benefit of the doubt they still disappoint me and terribly too the stylist are very nice and make you feel comfortable but the service of the actual cuts is terrible. I asked for a slight trim my hair was long enough to go under my lip keep in mind i asked for a SLIGHT TRIM and no my hair is about an inch above my eyebrow no matter what you ask them to do they give you the same haircut because that's all they know. a short hair combover or undercut and they always try to "texture" your hair which makes it even worse i 100000% do not recommend this place. read more

I have never had a worse haircut then what I got on Sunday. I am 64 yrs young and have had a lot of hair cuts this is the worst in my life. My 2yr old great grandson could have done better. I told the girl exactly what I wanted, she proceeded to cut her way. It looks like she put a bowl on my head. This place is probably by far going to be my new haircut spot to bring the kiddies. Located in what looks to be a brand new shopping center in the high desert, Super cuts is nearby a Subway and a Baja mexican restaurant. It is very spacious and clean inside. Enough techs on staff to keep your wait to a minimal. I was at first unaware that you had to sign in at a kiosk located at the front desk/register unit but that was okay bc Tech Mariah was on it by making sure she called the very next person waiting, which was me. Its funny because what usually takes me an hour in getting my child calm enough to sit in the chair and have his cut was not exactly what happened today. MARIAH was awesome. I loved her calm and welcoming manner. I dont ever recall my kids being so calm around any other hair technician. Mariah had a very polite and colorful character to her. She was easy to hold a conversation with and seemed to be a very patient person. The cut she gave my son was exactly what l wanted. I'm glad l chose this particular place to come to, as l am new to the high desert area and there are a number of salons to choose from. I'm a first time walk in to Supercuts I was looking for a good spot since I moved up here to high dessert for my boys as I walked in 930 am there was 2 female worker working on clients I walk in with one of my sons they didn't greet or even say hi! I went in because I try to layer my own hair lol, big mistake but she was able to help me. I love how my hair looks after!!! She left how I wanted it, looks so much better! I'm incredibly happy with the work that Jordyn did when she cut my hair! She listened to me and knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. She took her time and made sure everything (layers, bangs, etc) came out perfectly. Jordyn really knew how to work with my hair type (long, heavy, and straight). Have been coming to your Supercuts for about 2-1/2 years now and have always received excellent and friendly service. Today was no exception but I have to say I was even more impressed! A young Lady by the name of Jordyn Betty (forgive me, I didn't catch her new married name) worked with me today. I came in with yellow, brassy haircolor, the result of a good dye job that went awry following my new meds for Pulmonary Hypertension and very hard water up in Wrightwood! Yellow ugh! Brassiness DOUBLE ugh! At first I went in for a root touch up, but after showing her a photo of my ultimate goal, she suggestec to simply use a toner and conditioning treatment today and wait another 4 weeks before doing what's called a High Lift on my roots. Made sense to me! I also received a bang cut and overall "tipping ends" trim. My hair turned out lovely and I am so pleased. So, for anyone wanting a good colorist, please remember to ask for Jordyn! Despite having a lot of thick hair, they are gentle and always know how to work with my hair and style it the way I like. I believe The manager (Robyn?), cut my hair one time and it was so easy to style and did an amazing job. I came here for a trim and nothing more. I had a lot of dead ends and wanted only enough cut off to get my hair to grow some more. My dresser was so kind and very understanding of my wish to grow my hair longer. She did EXACTLY what I wanted despite the fact that she knew that in order to cut off ALL my dead ends it would be more inches off my hair, but she was careful with my haircut and was very gentle. After the trim she was giving me tips on how to grow my hair longer and healthier without necessarily selling me products she was genuinely giving me advice. I think this place is overpriced for what it is. Didn't think it would cost $30 for a kids cut til I paid at the counter. I don't know why it's extra to shampoo and blow dry hair. Everywhere else I've been, it's included and still not even as much as they charge. My daughter got her haircut and left with a wet head with it being super cold outside. I went to this location on 4/30/17. My mom and I needed to get our hair done for a wedding that we were attending after previous arrangements fell through. I called and talked to a kind lady who was very helpful. They squeezed us in very willing. My mom was styled by Sandy and I was styled by Mariah.(I hope I spelled that right.) Both were very happy to help us and gave us great suggestions to improve the styles we wanted. I loved the experience there and watched all the other hairstylists help each of their customers whether it was helping them figured it out or just giving them the support that they needed. I was only up by there, because my parents moved there recently. I will definitely be back when I am in the area again. Thank you ladies for such an amazing experience here. Took my daughter here yesterday to get her bangs trimmed and to take about 4-5 inches off her length. The stylist was very nice and sweet. She did a good job on my daughter's hair but not sure the price was worth it. $17 for a simple children's cut. I couldn't find a actual children's salon like they have down the hill, and the ones I've gone to down there usually cost $10-$12 and they will do something cute like spray some glitter gel, put a cute bow, or a little braid in her hair to make it fun. I've had my hair cut here before, and have no complaints, staff is awesome. However, today I did I phone reservation, wait was 45 min, okay no big deal. So then I call again 40 min later to let them know I'm on my way, then they told me it was fine and thank you for calling and you still have one person in front of you waiting, no problem. I show up 10 min later and they tell me oh you still have a couple people in front of you. I was sort of bothered by the false wait time, i get it things change but don't tell me one person then 10 min later there is 3 in front of me. This is most likely the worst place I have ever been In my life. First of all, I went visiting my son to Victorville and decided to take him get a haircut. It was my biggest regret in my whole life. It was about 1/2 an hour waiting for my son to go next when they had enough personal and a few clients. When finally my son was next, the lady from the bottom left corner wearing glasses got him ready for a haircut. I don't care how much they charged me, but seriously I explained the lady I wanted my son to get a similar haircut to my current haircut. Bottom line she struggled to do it. After almost 2 hours all together my son haircut was ugly as fuck and all I wanted was go get out of there. No offense to this business but up here in SANTA Maria, we have much faster, efficient, friendly, and less pricy places to get haircuts and other services. Sarah is amazing!!! Before Sarah started cutting my hair I could never get a date, and girls always talked about how ugly I was.. It was depressing. About 3 years ago she cut my hair for the first time. since then I consistantly get compliments on how great I look and how awesome my hair is. I was styled by miss Sandy and not the best experience. She did fine cutting my hair she didn't mess up a thing but her work station... hmm ... that was interesting it was so disgusting. she didn't clean up which looked like hair from multiple! clients. Every other time I've went to a salon to get my hair cut their work station was always cleaned before they sat me. I had to tip toe around all the other clients hair because I was in flip flops not to mention the chair was also covered in hair and I had to brush some random persons hair off of the chair before I sat down and I'm sure i still sat in some. I really hope she keeps it clean. it takes two mins to sweep up the hair maybe the other ladies would have swept it for you if you kept yours nice and clean all the time and swept theres once in awhile. Its just gross. I don't even want to know if all her clippers and other things are clean I tried not to think about it but I sure as hell didn't want hair all over my clothes. I felt so gross after.
