I got an awful haircut from a place down the street, so I came to Supercuts to have them shape it up. Lynn rescued me and made the cut look really nice. Since then I've come back here every time. I've had cuts from Lynn and Brittney. They both do a great men's cuts. I'm sure the rest of her staff is good as well. Let me start off by saying that I've gotten 95% of my haircuts from Supercuts. So, I can only compare this one to a few barbershops in Tulsa and Norman and the rare occasional trip to some other chain. A little known fact is that Supercuts in the same city can actually charge different prices. In south Tulsa, they seem to be a little cheaper. I like this store because it's the same price as those stores - the nearest stores all cost a dollar or two more. This isn't the closest one to me, but it is the best. It's the best not only due to the price, but because it's a good store. If you won't pay much for a haicut, as many cheap males like myself are inclined to do, then you appreciate when you get a really good haircut. I've only been to this store a few times, but have been happy when I got home every time. Finally, I think they have very good customer service. They're always very friendly and even let me come in just a few minutes before close - and I subsequently left a few minutes after close. If you live somewhere other than suburbia, I think this store is worth the drive. Good price, great product. I've yet to be disappointed. UPDATE: Sometimes you have to wait a very long time. unfortunately this place has gotten much worse. they keep sending me emails to write reviews, like weekly, and last time was there was several months ago. called and talked to store manager, who said that she has gotten several complaints, over 20 people contacted her complaining about email problems. also they say they send out "discount coupons" often, that's complete b.s. the last "discount coupon" I received was last year on my birthday. customer beware. avoid this "supercuts" location, and all "supercuts", and all "chain" store barbershops. there are better "mom and pop" family owned barbershops in town, that really care about you and truly appreciate your business. read more

when i went to this place and asked them to cut my hair an inch on and the cut of 3 inches and make the top layer shorter than the bottom. It's awful I saw a kid crying when they left. read more

Been to this location numerous times over many years and only recently, 3 experiences in the month of July have greatly changed my opinion. July 5th I entered the location and noticing they were busy, 3 stylist working and a woman waiting. I just went ahead and Sat down content to wait for some to address me when they had a chance. I never said a word, just grabbed a magazine and waited. The wait was just moments when the stylist closest to me stopped and said "it's going to be a hour maybe two, there is someone in all three chairs, two waiting in front of you and lots of appointments"...with a sense of anger. I just stood up and said "ok,thanks" and left thinking she must be having a bad day. The next day I thought I would try again. This time when I entered before I said anything or Sat down I was greeted with a " were still really busy, we have a lot of appointments". I just turned around and left. I thought I would wait a few days before I tried again. I went again, yesterday the 21st thinking certainly someone else would be working. Indeed there was. Two stylist were working so I just Sat down to wait my turn. Maybe two minutes later another stylist came from the back up to the counter. She asked my name which I have my first name and she asked my last with what I felt was an attitude. I just answered and I was directed to a chair. Questioned like I had done something wrong. She started with "what number of blade they used last time, I answered with " i think it was a 4 or 5, short I just want to see my scalp". She just went to shaving with commands like, "look straight ahead", "tilt your head down", "not that much". I tried not to move...I felt like a dog at a groomer. "What side do you part your hair on?"...I said I don't part my hair at all, I just blow dry it it does it's own thing most days' I just try to make it stand up a little in front. "Then you come it straight back"! I said "no, I just blow dry it". She answered with " then you come it straight back". "How I am I going to cut your hair if you don't know". I said "ok, I brush it straight back", thinking I'll do it my own way when when get home. I was thinking I should just tell her to stop and leave but didn't because she had was already cut the back and the sides. I felt like I was a hated ex of hers, I had never seen her or any of the others there before. She continued with the attitude until finished with the creepiest hair cut ever. This was enough for me, I never go to this location again or for that fact any of the other locations I've used. I give 1 star because it was the A/C was cold. read more

I've gone to this location for years. Overall the staff is very friendly. And just like every other Supercuts store, or any other salon for that matter, there are great stylists and there are not so great stylists. I've had two bad haircuts at this location in over 10 years. Both times I returned to the store and a different stylist fixed everything up at no charge. I've had over 100 good haircuts at the same location with a variety of different stylists. The prices are very reasonable. Sometimes there is a wait, which should tell the reader how popular this location is! But you can call ahead or use an app and get on the waiting list on busy days. read more

I would give a zero rating for this salon. It is more like a butcher shop. My 85-year-old mother went there for a haircut. She stated she wanted it short. The so-called stylist used clippers and clipped the entire back up to the crown along with the sides. She left longer strands on top. The top is so uneven and spiked and looks absolutely horrible. My mom is looking for a turban to wear because she is so embarrassed. I am appalled that a stylist would let a customer leave the salon with such a hair cut. An 85-year-old woman should not have to be embarrassed about her hair cut. How on earth could anyone perform such a haircut on an 85-year-old? Do not go to this salon!!! You will be sorry. I went there once myself a few years ago, and had to return for a redo. read more
