i just went to supercuts with a friend for our haircuts. i changed my style from long to short and was extremely happy with the cut and had many compliments. my friend went with a completely different style than what she had, she brought a photo to copy to stephanie and when she was finished it looked better than the photo. she was extremely nice and had a lot of experience and explained a lot of things to us about color and hair! we both will be coming back in the future! read more

I can't even tell you how many times i've given this store another chance, but I guarantee you they are not at all equipped to cut most peoples hair. They always say they can even if they can't. I love this place. Everyone is super friendly and courteous. If you want to go somewhere where you get treated like a number, this place is not for you. But if you want to somewhere to feel special then you found the right salon. The hot towel at the end is a nice touch. I wish my hair grew faster so I can go back! The ladies are nice but they are just not equiped to cut short hair. My son picked a hair cut with a defined edge look. It came out really wide and uneven. The lady said if I wanted a good line to go to a barber ... I will. So I've had a personal hairstylist for most of my life (my aunt) and since I moved to Florida, I had to find a new spot to get my hurr did (Hair done lol). I've been searching high and low for a good place to trust someone with my beloved hair with. I was also looking for a great deal. After weeks of searching, I finally settled with Super Cuts because my friend swears by it and well, it's CHEAP! I also got a $4 off coupon mailed to me so that was a score. After the coupon, the total came to $12.50, normal price was $16.50. This was for cut only, no wash or style which I was fine with. I booked online earlier in the day and that was fairly easy. I waited about two minutes when I got there for my 7pm appointment and I met the stylist, Delfia. She was really nice and I showed her a picture of the cut I wanted. She was very thorough yet quick and made sure that's exactly what I wanted. The salon was nice and clean and it wasn't overly busy. I gave her a tip and was on my way. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. That was the cheapest haircut I've ever had and I liked the way it came out. This will definitely be my new hair spot. I went to get my hair cut for the first time in a year and my old salon was still closed. So I went toa barber that butchered my hair. Thank God I was able to find the Supercuts on Commercial open. I went there after trying to fix it myself, not that bad but needed work. The woman that took care of me was able to clean it up nicely. The woman, a hispanic blonde woman who cut my hair at about 1230pm today is very rude. She ought to learn to be polite, ie: say hello, say please and lower the tone of her voice. I am a asian 80 y/o who has been going to your store for 16 years. and it was the worst haircut I ever have had. She kept roughly pushing my head back and forth and side to side. She cut my hair for about 5 mins. and said "OK" and started to take the black cover off me. No mirror check the haircut back my head and no hot towel. I told her I am a senior citizen. I gave her $20 and she gave me back a dollar. I wait to get a reciept but she just walked me to the door. I took my mom 1-2 weeks ago for a haircut including shampoo and blow dry. They charged me $37 which it's okay and the hair looks nice. Today I took my mom for shampoo/blow dry. Her bob is up to her jawline and she has fine, few hair. It could be wash/ blow dry quickly. They charged me $26 which I found too high for the hair length and amount of hair. The lady was trying to explain why she was charging that amount, which I found weird. I don't trust their staff anymore, I think they ripped me off today. They just lost a customer. read more
