Got my hair cut here kind of on a whim, after letting it go for way too long. I was wary of going to a chain salon, but the stylist I had, Kirsten, was terrific. Was in and out quickly with a really good cut. Very happy with Kirsten. It's not a fancy place but it certainly filled my needs. read more

This place sucks. The app doesn't let you book online And when I show up there is no one there. The girl says someone is coming in 10 minutes and they close at 6 so she can't cut my hair. It's currently 4:50. I get the whole "everything is tough because of covid" excuse? It like she had 10 minutes, no one is there, and the online booking is down. read more

Manager Kirsten is a totally fabulous natural. Such a surprise to find someone who not only does a great job, but can tell you exactly why she's doing what she's doing, for a reasonable price. All the girls in the shop are sweet - and happy to talk with a continuous clientele of men who would normally go to a barbershop but come back because the staff know what they're doing and are nice about it. Pros: with a nice tip about $18.50 for a cut. Flexible hours. Clean on the inside, ample parking outside. ATM from a major bank in the lot. Rarely is there much of a wait. Cons: traffic can be difficult at times on route 130. Can be busy and sometimes they seem short staffed but this hasn't been the case lately. Overall it's a nice place for the average guy looking for a quick cut that is consistent and clean. They seem to keep their stylists on staff which is good. Most cuts are very good, sometimes excellent, and only rarely do I need to grab the scissors when I get home. They could use some sports magazines in the waiting area. read more

It's nice to see hairstylists have time to go in the back and chat with each other while there are customers out front waiting to be served. Unfortunately, I did not have the greatest experience here. I have never had a men's haircut take so long. While I appreciated the attention to detail, literally cutting every single piece of hair individually is not typically how one cuts hair. I am not sure that I could ever go back here again. I am giving two stars instead of one star because I think my stylist was still learning to cut hair And I do not want to completely crush her spirit. read more

I had my hair cut and colored there over a year ago. Overall it was an okay job. The place felt flat and not very upbeat. I heard they were under new management and decided to give it another shot. I'm glad I did. The atmosphere has completely changed and the woman who is the new manager (Becky), who cut and colored my hair this time, was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat. It seemed like everyone in there, customers included, were having a good time. I have never had so many compliments on my color until now. Thank you Sandwich Supercuts and thank you Becky! read more

Service is mediocre. I've waited up to and hour and half multiple times for a haircut. I've only waited that long because I was told the wait would be 30 -40 minutes. I was also informed to download the app to speed up waiting time. After downloading the app and using it to check in I arrived for my haircut at the time I signed up for. Five minutes after arriving two other people arrived with the same checkin time as myself, both some how went before me even though they arrived 5 minutes after me. Haircuts are not good enough here to keep putting up with this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

This was my first time at this particular Supercuts, right when I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful stylist who checked me in. I waited 5minutes tops and was sat down at her station. She did a great haircut & very quick, also very friendly. Will be back again! read more

Lousy customer service. After waiting several minutes to take my name, the hostess told me there was one person in front of me, and a 10 to 15 minute wait. I sit down, the person in front me gets called. About five minutes later, another customer walks in. About 20 minutes after that, the customer who walked in gets called, and when I look confused, the hostess told me that customer had "checked in online." So either the hostess told me there was one person when in fact there was two, or checking in online means you cut to the front of the line. Either way, the hostess showed no respect for customers' time from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out--which I did, without comment. I had been there once before, and the haircut was average: mostly clippers, just trying to move me through fast. Ironic. read more

Everyone there is really nice although the wait is sometimes lengthy I left with a good quality color and cut for less than most places. It's best to call ahead and reserve a spot you will still have to wait abbot but much faster. I would avoid online check-in it really doesn't give you an accurate wait time. read more

I usually love this place, I go there to get my eyebrows waxed. it wasn't busy at all when I went, but the woman who was doing my eyebrows seemed to be in a hurry. I asked for a clean up & this woman RUINED my eyebrows. I like my eyebrows thick but she made ONE eyebrow very thin & the other was still very thick & you could easily tell. she was very rude & just said ok you're done. didn't even show me them after. I will not go back just because I hope I never have to see her again. read more
