I was so disappointed today when I went for my monthly cut and color appointment. I have been coming here since May 2026, every month, for a cut and color for my short hair. I have loved both the cut and color each visit. Today, I was rebooked from a week ago to a different stylist. I drove over 2 hrs for my color and cut appointment only to be informed by the stylist assigned to me, that she could only color my hair since she "does not cut short hair." Unacceptable! Too bad because the prior stylist was lovely and did a wonderful job. Just make sure they tell you that not all stylists cut short hair. I won't be recommending.

She made some suggestions that were better than any idea I had. Heather was methodical but that was well received by me. She made me feel like a million bucks. Thank you for a great haircut.

I trust Jess implicitly and she's helped me find my way through different styles throughout the years. And yes, even the occasional hair color (again, my choice, no pushiness from Jess ever). She also found a way to keep me looking decent when I was on chemo. We've been through a lot hair-wise (and other-wise!) Jess and I, so much so that I call her my "hair miracle worker".
