I really tried to give Supercuts another chance, but unfortunately my experience with Katherine was devastating. From the moment I walked in, not a single stylist acknowledged me. There were 3 stylists working and no one said "welcome," "please check in," or anything at all. Another customer waiting had to tell me to check in on the iPad myself. When Katherine finished her previous haircut, she didn't come over to greet me or even let me know she'd be right with me. I actually had to ask if it was okay to use the restroom before we started. The entire experience felt cold and rushed. The second I sat in her chair, she immediately started trying to sell me products instead of listening to what I actually wanted done to my hair. I specifically asked for only 1-2 inches off with long layers. Instead, she cut off about 5-6 inches, and my shortest layers are now up to my ears. I'm currently pregnant and even shared with her how hard it has been for me to grow my hair out. Watching that much hair get chopped off after clearly explaining what I wanted was heartbreaking. I left feeling devastated, ugly, and completely unheard. A haircut may not seem like a big deal to some people, but this honestly crushed my confidence. Before and after photos added! I came here because I was planning on using the kids cuts place down the street but they were all booked up. Somehow I managed to find a hairdresser here named Jasmine who I couldn't not be happier with. My some has long crazy hair and has a hard time with big groups and even getting a haircut so I was already worried. Jasmine made him feel like he was being cared for, taken care of, and as if she was an old friend of his. Her whole aura and vibe is fantastic and I'm happy to continue bringing my son to get his haircut by her. read more

I am so torn on this review, we had the same stylist for both kids. She knocked it out of the park with my son and his cut but then totally messed up my daughters' simple bang trim. I didn't notice it at first because her hair was down and it sort of blended in but she missed a huge chunk off to the side and left another strand long on the other side. I would have gone back to get it fixed but just didn't have the time. The night we went there was about a 30 min wait, I guess if you have the app and check in online you can cut that down but I'm not a regular and did not know about that option. read more

I guess her husband who is a recruiter is highly ranked and that's the rank I need to be to have an honorable retirement status. I visited this location when I was out of my state for a wedding. The place is nice clean and efficient. They're realistic on wait time and everyone greats you. It was my 1st time going there and I need a updo for a wedding. Sarah Jane ( I believe that was her name) who actually did my hair was nice and friendly. She kept making sure she wasn't being to rough with my head. I didn't know exactly how I wanted my hair I suggested somethings to her and showed her the dress I was going to wear. Supercuts does a fine job of cutting my hair. Then again I have a very simple hairstyle. If you're looking for inexpensive salon treatment for your coiffure then I would give Supercuts a minute. My biggest complaint is that they always leave too many cut hairs on my head and down the back of my neck and shirt. This happens not only at this location but every Supercuts I have been to. Immediately after getting a haircut I always go to the bathroom and wet my hands and run them through my head to remove all the little hairs. I don't know if this is due to improper training or desire to sell you a shampoo and rinse but this is not acceptable. read more

I'm usually skeptical to go to places like this for a haircut because I'm super picky and sometimes I don't want to splurge for a simple haircut/ trim. My friend recommended me to stop by here and ask for Mary and omg every time I go I am always satisfied!!! I can show Mary a picture of what I'm aiming for and she always gives her honest opinion before she cuts my hair and that's what a good stylist should do! Haircuts are quick and usually decent, though quality can vary by stylist. My kids get great cuts here. I don't like to have my own done here, though, as nobody seems to be able to cut decent layers. I did get my bangs trimmed today while my son got a haircut, and while I was happy with my bangs, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. My stylist asked if I wanted a haircut too and I declined. She talked me into a half-inch trim, which she completed in under 5 minutes on my completely dry hair--didn't spritz it with water, let alone wash it--then charged me for a full haircut. I thought it was odd she didn't even wet it down, but then thought maybe she was being nice and still considering it a bang trim--nope. Won't make that mistake again--or go back to this location. read more

Apparently the solution for a cowlick here is to cut it super short... despite the hair around it being about 2-3 inches long. I am not too picky about my hair. First, because I still have a decent head of hair and that makes me happy. Second, it grows back. But when a stylist is as lazy or incompetent as to simply cut the cowlick extra short in hopes that addresses the issue I get a little upset. What makes the matter worse is when I noticed the hair on the back of my head was longer than other parts I asked her "why is not even with the front?" and she told me "because I don't want the cowlick to stand up." I did not notice the botched job she did until I got home and was extra mad because not only did she cut the cowlick extra short, she used the cowlick as an excuse for keeping the hair uneven on top my head! AVOID THIS PLACE! There are plenty of others within the couple miles. read more

Sitting here waiting for 45 minutes, 2 hairstylists cutting hair, and many more keep popping from the back, just look out and go back to their little room in the back. Wait is ridiculous, only reason i stopped here, again, is to give them a second chance from previous times months ago, again, same service. Slow, and girls here seem to hate their job. Disappointed. Did the online check in so I wouldnt have to wait too long. Boy was I wrong! Online said it would be a 30 minute wait. Got there 10 min early they told me there were a couple people in line in front of me...no problem. Sat and waited. About 10 min after I arrived a gentleman walked in the door and put his name on the list, girl told him it would be 35-40min. About 30 minutes later he came back while I was still waiting. He let them know he was back and 5 minutes later they called him back. Me? Still waiting! Finally got up and left after waiting nearly an hour and doing online check in 30 min prior.
