I come here every 3 to 4 months to get my ends trimmed because I don't want to pay 70$ at a hair salon for something so simple. With Sunny, I always have a good experience. Sunny pays attention to every detail and does her job very nicely and efficiently. I don't know about more elaborate cuts, but I always get great results. They are understaffed so there might be a little wait. The prices are fair and it satisfies my needs. I will be coming back. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Extremely unprofessional and rude. The lady that cut my child's hair was so harsh with him and she left holes on his head. I'm actually shocked by the bad reviews I read, we had a fantastic experience at SuperCuts in Rohnert Park today! My son is 6, his last haircut (from a salon in Petaluma) was awful so we were trying to grow it out, but it was constantly in his face. I tried to trim it, but I'm definitely not a hair stylist and he looked like a hot mess. He has a few big events happening in the next few days, so I was desperate to get his hair fixed today. I called this location this morning, they had an available appointment this afternoon, easy peasy. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the stylist, but she was GREAT with my son. She did exactly what he wanted, and he loves it, that's all that matters! Seriously though, for $21 and the great service, we will definitely be coming back! Thank you! read more

I went in the other day to get a haircut. Wait was decent and she did a good job. But when I went to pay, right next to the credit card machine, there is a handwritten sign taped to the counter. It has something like $3-5 tip and there was a big frown. Then it said something else, like $6 - $8 and an indifference face, and over $10 a happy face. I'm not totally positive of the exact numbers written. I should've taken a picture, but it is close, and the $10 figure is correct. I understand tips are a part of survival for many employees. I get it. The company expects it and pays them less--which is a problem in itself. But only being "happy" with a 37% tip? That sounds unrealistic to me, and I was very uncomfortable when giving my measly $6 22% tip. It made me uncomfortable enough to not want to go there again. Tips can be great. Greed and making others uncomfortable because they don't budget in 37% tips is not--at least in my opinion. read more

Elizabeth is my star purveyor of haircuts in Rohnert Park. I have a short hair style and I always walk away happy. I found a great person in Petaluma at Supercuts while living there and so, decided to try one near me on Raleys Way, in Rohnert Park. I'm so happy I did. I signed up for a special rate per month payment while in Petaluma and it transferred here. I noted they offer a special 'unlimited cuts for $17.00 now, here. It's a steal. An affordable cut is running us, $30.00 at other locations...bare bones. Elizabeth takes care of me. She listens. She is charming. She wipes my neck with a warm towel to clean up post cut. You can make appointments day if, for cuts at Supercuts. They offer hair removal, deep conditioning et al as well. Elizabeth did my brows yesterday after my haircut and I feel so good after my short clean up and pampering. I highly recommend these folks. read more

My significant other (MM) had planned to come in for a cut yesterday. The employee was busy with other appointments, but was able to open up her schedule especially for MM. Unfortunately, something came up at the last minute, and MM had to cancel via the app. Upon rescheduling her appt for this afternoon via phone, I could hear the conversation in which the employee was annoyed, incredibly rude and condescending to MM. I understand her frustration at the last minute cancellation, but that gave her no right to speak to MM the way she did. How dare you feel the need to bully customers! read more

I am mortified about the way this blonde lady handled my son this morning. She was super heartless in handling my son no sign of compassion or patience. He was crying and screaming and she was raising her voice at me to hold him down. She smelled like cigarettes and she couldn't have the courtesy to wash her hands off. Been to these places many many times. Used to be a decent place for a decent haircut but how things do change. I have been the victim of those horrible electric shears in the past, several times. After each time, I kept thinking that perhaps it would only happen once = WRONG. Those horrible electric shears, even with the slightest touch, cut into the back of your neck with terribly painful results. Usually the pain isn't noticed until you wash afterwards and then you feel the pain. This is not to mention the terribly irregular haircut that you don't notice until you shampoo, dry your hair and then look in the mirror. Yikes ! And I paid for that AND gave a nice tip ! Yikes again. These all happened to me at different locations. Las Vegas, phoenix, Santa Rosa, Windsor... Stay away! Still very good but you have to call ahead. They are often busy so you can't just walk in. Some people get angry because they are waiting and someone else coming in ahead of them gets served first. The reason is because they checked in, went shopping or do an errand, and came back at their appointed time. Just so y'all know, they are not favoring one person over the other. Tried to check in online and it said not available. I get to the salon and an older woman greeted me put me in and said it'll be about 5 minutes. She finished up her client and then yelled across the salon that she can't take me that she had to finish her color client who had been waiting and I'll have to wait for the other girl to come back from break. The girl that came back was very sweet. She asked me how I plan to style my hair once it's drastically cut and what products I use. She was fairly quick. Held nice conversation and we went back and forth about recent events in our county. If you go in see if you can request Emma. She was more pleasant than the rest. When the Supercuts on 4th street in Santa Rosa closed, I thought I would try the one in Raley's Town Center. I scheduled an appointment at the front desk, and returned a minute or two before the scheduled time. The stylist was just walking out for a cigarette, and said she would be back in after her break. But when she returned instead of cutting my hair, she sat another person. So, my haircut began more than 20 minutes late. That would not have been a deal breaker, except that they were arrogant and testy towards me. The folks at the 4th street location had always been friendly in the many years that I went there. The haircut was not very good, maybe it's hard to cut it straight at the bottom like I had asked. read more

All I can say is - go to Lisa. I went in about a month ago for a simple trim and layers. Asked about layers and she said she was happy to do it but hesitant. I asked why, she explained what it would do for my hair type and when I asked what I could do to get it to do what I wanted, she suggested framing around the face and length to trim. Even though it was a simple trim with framing the face, she clearly put in the time and effort to get it perfect, and I left with my hair exactly how I told her I wanted it to look. Yesterday my mom decided she wanted a major change with her hair, one she's been trying to get for years but no one seemed to be able to get just how she wanted it. She has been going to high priced stylists for years and did not want to set foot in a chain store, but went anyway. Lisa made her hair match her vision for it perfectly, she came home and immediately played with her curling iron and the cut did exactly what she told Lisa she wanted it to do. It was a time warp for me seeing mom's hair look exactly like it did 20 years ago when she would come home from her favorite stylist, which until now was the last time she didn't have complaints about a hair cut. Officially the worst haircut I've received in my 62 years on this planet. A young blonde woman cut my hair. The entire time telling me how tired she was because of working two jobs. Then proceeded to tell me all about her upcoming vacation to Vale. My instructions to her were very simple. She could not pull off my very simple request.I don't know how she became qualified to cut hair but my cut was terrible. Uneven, not layered or feathered as I requested. I went back several days later and asked her to fix it and she proceeded to make it worse. I went into a different stylist at another shop hoping to have it fixed and she refused telling me to let it grow out and then come back. Customer service is lacking. Lady was rude in her comments and expressed visible annoyance when asked to assist in booking an appt. Made a comment about how if I had booked online I wouldnt have pulled her away from her customer in her chair. Also rolled eyes. No greetings when I walked in. No eye contact. Needs training on how to interact with potential customer. She was the only stylist and it was dead silent in the space. No music or friendly banter while cutting. She clearly doesn't like her job. This particular store did not offer check in services through their app. Arrived at 4 with my name on the top of the list and they still selected other customers. If you're wondering where the people who finish last in their class at Hair College end up, it's here. The beauty of this place is that no matter who cuts your hair you'll get the same result...crap. I purchased the "Unlimited" plan so I'm able to get as many haircuts as I want for one monthly fee. But instead it's just been an unlimited amount of bad haircuts. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt so often. I'm pretty sure I could get a better haircut from a ceiling fan. Nothing personal against these "stylists". I went in about 6-8 weeks ago and I have no idea the name of the woman who cut my hair but she did an amazing job. She was new and was covering for someone and was doing about a million things at once. She was helping the customers as they came in and also answering the phone. She apologized every time she had to step away, but she was the only person working so she had no choice. She did exactly what I wanted and somehow made my fine hair thick and healthy feeling--really awesome layering job. What is this woman's name? The facility is brand new and very nice. I was helped by Edith I believe. She was very nice and did an excellent job. she was also very good about making sure she knew exactly what I wanted. Ask for her! UPDATE* Still love the service and cuts from most of the staff, however a male member of the staff, I believe the only male staff, is VERY RUDE. Terrible service. I watched him roll his eyes and be very short with everyone who called. I think that the manager must be unaware of the stimulation with this stylist because I think she is great and super professional. Went last night, I let her know I get nervous about hair cuts cause I end up with botched hair cuts a lot. I had insanely uneven hair to begin with and it's super thick when I say this so thick it dreads by end of day . So I got a trim and she suggested thinning it, so I agreed then pretty much removed half my hair and left it flat and extremely thin now.. I feel like she thinned it way to much! I have a side shave and she never cleaned up the edge and when I asked for a 1 on the shave she didn't even use any Guard on so a zero. I was never shown my hair and was rushed out of the chair before I could get up she had walked away and rang me up. This in no way makes me happy to get hair cut and don't think I will for awhile as I feel like i went in with thick happy hair and left with half of it lifeless and flat read more
