Because of that, I also purchased a gift card for future use. Recently, I tried to check the balance online, but the system requires both the gift card number and a phone number. When I purchased the card in-store, I was never asked to provide a phone number, nor did I give one. I called the salon directly, and they confirmed they can see the balance in their system, yet I was told I still cannot redeem it. That is extremely frustrating. If the funds are visible and valid in the system, there should be a reasonable way to access and use them. There is also no expiration date listed on the card. The salon itself does quality work, and I would have gladly given 5 stars based on service alone, but this issue is unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to accommodate customers and resolve situations fairly. I sincerely hope management takes the time to review this matter and make it right.

She wouldn't offer me a spot to hang my purse or the couple clip in extensions I brought in and I had to sit them on the floor. Bad attitude, constant rolling of the eyes.. to the point where I felt uncomfortable. I asked to have my hair flat ironed and her response was "I don't have an iron plugged in sorry".. Then charged me 65$... yet she couldn't even finish styling my hair. Seems pricey for a half ass job. Update: I finally washed and styled my hair after my salon visit, and it is the most uneven hack job of a haircut I've ever gotten.
