Rita is fantastic! I wanted a curly mullet with bangs and she used my inspo pics to do exactly what I wanted. I often struggle to find good hairstylists because of my curls but she is an absolute gem. read more

PSA: If you noticed your favorite or preferred hairstylist is no longer at this location, they might have moved to a different non-affiliated salon called "Greatcuts" in Lancaster on W. Ave L in the Tractor Supply/Vons shopping center. https://maps.app.goo.gl/K1yd9sHN3ZChpyR79 Haley had been cutting my hair at this Supercuts for almost 5 years. She is the only one who could get my hair just right and actually remembered my preferences considering how many clients she saw per day. She paid attention to the little details and made me feel like a real client and not just another customer out the revolving door. The only thing nice about this Supercuts location was some of the staff. The salon looked like it hadn't been remodeled in over 20 years. It was poorly lit with yellow ceiling tiles and no matter how much I saw the stylists clean the place, it always felt "dirty" and unwelcoming. So I was saddened when I found out Haley no longer worked at this Supercuts and nobody knew where she went. By chance I discovered Greatcuts and to my surprise Haley was there. Long story short, apparently some of the stylists from this location and the Supercuts on Ave J jumped ship to Greatcuts. read more

Service has gone downhill while prices have been raised too high. Booked appt. online for 4:30, said there were 6 stylists available but chose anyone. Only 2 stylists were present, neither acknowledged me. I checked in on computer and sat down. 15 minutes past appt. time I asked if they knew how long it would be and one stylist was extremely rude and stated that she did not know and it would take as long as it took. I feel that stylist should know how long it will take to complete man's hair cut so I asked for clarification as to how many more minutes. She stated 15-20 more minutes. I left and she sarcastically told me to have a nice day as I went out the door. We will not be back. This is not the 1st instance of bad service here, but it is the last. read more

Loved the haircut Karla gave me. Very kind, patient and informative throughout. Did justice to the reference pictures I showed her. Hoping to book with her again soon! read more

I had a appointment a 1:00 pm and waited a hour they took people in front on me I ask at 2 :00 pm again the said I had to wait until after her appointment 2:00 at so I just left read more

Appointments are not adhered too. I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment (45 minutes total time) and the possibility of being late for work I walked out. This is not the first time I've encountered this issue with this facility. It appears other patrons have had the same experience. Apparently nothing is going to change with adhering to scheduled time slots for service. So, adios you lost a loyal customer. read more

I am sad to say, that I am never coming back here again. I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and have never had an issue. But, today was a very sad day, as I schedule an appointment via their check-in system and got there 10min early to checked in. The person who checked me in gave me a mean look and I was told to take a seat. As I sat down the stylist just looked at me, and no one was cutting any one hair. Some people came in and they were attended to, as I waited for 30min with no one informing me about any update or rescheduling notice. I finally had enough of this disrespectfulness and decided to leave. I am very disappointed in this location and will never step foot in here again. read more

I wasn't treated the proper way. I always go there to get my hair dye and haircuts, but this time one of the employees which it's not the 1st time she treated me on a really rude way and on a rush. She didn't listen what I wanted, the final result my hair red instead of brown. Another employee tried to fix it but if you're expecting a brown hair why the other employee prep for red, it was so frustrating. read more

Lena is the best at any type of haircut. My whole family, guys and girls, go to her! She does a great job!!! She's funny, too!!

This was a great experience! My wife and I were in the area and decided to get our haircuts. We called, and the manager, Kimberly, worked us in and personally cut our hair. She was professional and courteous and gave us both fantastic haircuts. The place is clean, everyone is friendly, and you feel safe the minute you walk in the door. read more

They are the most rude employees I've ever had to deal with. I would not recommend taking your kids here for a haircut. It was embarrassing to be treated the way they treated me in front of my kids. read more

Just got helped by Density. She was great. I told her my length and she told me some advice on what would look best with my hair type. She made it perfect and I love my new hair look. I recommend having her help you out. Very nice person. read more

I've had great service at this location. Jesse is a blessing. She has done a great job on my haircuts, helping me grow out my once very short, aging, salt and pepper hair. I really appreciate her service and emotional connection. Great stewardship. read more

$67 DOLLARS for a BLOW DRY- Now that's highway robbery! Specially for short thin hair. To have to pay these high prices to hairdressers with little to No experience it's disappointing! They won't be seeing me anymore. read more

I have been to this Supercuts for many years and received really awesome haircuts. Except yesterday 6/7 My stylist named Jennifer gave me one of the worst haircuts I ever had. She made a mistake in the back layering and left what I call a hole. The hair just sticks up. Its not manageable. I don't like giving bad reviews but I had to speak up. read more

I was desperately in need of a haircut and so I called made a same day appointment and was seen right on time. Went in for a cut and shampoo. The place was spotless. Everyone was following Covid protocols. Was asked to keep my mask on at all times which is fine - I appreciated that. My stylist was Wendy, and she absolutely nailed the look I was trying to go for. Definitely coming back to her. read more

They did a good job cutting my hair they were nice and they had plenty of time to do it

I love "my girls" at Supercuts, Rancho Vista! I have been coming here around fourteen years now - omg, time flies. Wendy and the whole team, have taken such good care of me & my family. We have been on a first name basis from the start, and have built relationships - relaxing & more fun than therapy, lol! Alas, it's time to say 'farewell' - gosh, not so easy - as we head to Nashville, whoo-hoo, music city, and make a new home base. This is part of my thank you, as I see the girls for the last time tomorrow, waaah! Love you guys, Ceci, Larry, Rachel & Hannah Hoerner read more

The staff at Supercuts are awesome, they all do a good job on my sons hair everytime we come in. His favorite is Lena, she does a great job. His hair is pretty thick so she takes the time to make sure it's perfect. The waits usually not too bad either, it is better to make an appointment. We'll continue to come here because they all take their time and make you feel welcome. read more

Lena was amazing. Took my daughter to this location for the first time and will definitely make it our spot for her hair cut. Lena did such an amazing job that my daughter was so happy with her hair cut. For those that have a ten year daughter know what I'm talking about!!! read more

There's a strong trend here that continues to happen every time... you make an appointment you end up sitting there 45-50 minutes or even longer waiting for service... efficiency is extremely poor... and the accountability of clients they take in as well scores poor... read more

Lena was incredible! Very professional, talented- also very kind, upbeat personality that makes you feel comfortable in a salon...she takes time to share her knowledge about hair health. Im happy she helped me and i walked out feeling a million times better about my hair! GREAT experience 12 out of 10! Rancho Vista location next to Vons shopping center. read more

OMG, they just re opened with a new price increase, I guess to make up for lost revenue

I got my hair cut and treated by Haylee at the rancho vista location. Haylee was not only talented but she was also super helpful!! I was able to have the exact hair cut I wanted - she listened to all of my wants/needs and executed them perfectly. I have really long and really thick hair but she was able to manage it very well. I left feeling refreshed and renewed which is exactly what I wanted- she really made that happen by giving the customer what they want. Such a rock star will be back. read more

Didn't enjoy it they messed up my hair. I had to go to a different area to fix it. :/

I have been getting my hair done at Supercuts for over 2 decades. Today I called this salon and an answering service answered the call. At first I was very confused because this man said I needed to see a consultant first before he could set up an appointment. He claimed to have called the salon to request a consultation and twice no one answered. After being puzzled about the 'non sense' this answering service was giving me just to set an appointment we both hung up. I drove to the salon and to my surprise they had no client at the store, and they had not received a call from the answering service either. I received the same cordial service I always get. However, this answering service did no justice to this salon. I was very frustrated to say the least, I'm giving the answering service a 2/5 grading. read more

Lena is the best. She is funny, she does a great job every time on my hair and she loves football so talking to her is very enjoyable. The store is always clean and there is not usually a wait. read more

I am so disappointed with the hair cut Melissa gave my son. It ruined our whole weekend. He was literally CRYING because he didn't get what we asked for. The haircut didn't have any style. I told the stylist Melissa that we wanted his hair long on the front so he could spike it up....that is not what my son got. The top of his head looked like an even balled haircut. It was so awful. It was too bad that my husband had already paid up front with a tip! Grrr...if you come to this salon, make sure you do not get Melissa for a young guy's haircut. Ask for someone else. We come to this salon all the time and had never encountered this problem until now. read more

Please do not go there!!! Can not keep up the stuff, constantly changing it, always see new faces, nobody cuts well, except one who is not there anymore, not a single good hairdressers, very poor customer service, not clean place won't recommend, price is high !!!! read more

Not happy! Called today approx 1:30 pm, asked about a specific hairdresser I have been going to for several years. Was told that she works from 3pm to 7 pm today, so I arrived at 2:55 pm, there was nobody in the salon waiting for hair cuts, and 2 people getting cuts by other hairdressers. Once again I asked about the certain person to cut my hair and was then told she just clocked out for lunch. Get it together..... they don't even know who is working and when they are working. Waste of my time to drive all the way over there for nothing....... WILL NOT BE BACK. Your loss of a good customer ( my family and friends ) and good TIPS! read more

I went in to get a haircut. Only two stylists. One told we cd will be with you shortly and then went in the back and sat there chatting with a customer. I waited about 20 minutes and was never approached again so I left. No thanks read more

Great haircut but the new call Center personnel who take your call are located in another country. It's super frustrating to get put on hold and all you want to do is check in for a haircut.
