Great location! I've gone here a few times and each time I have been greeted with smiles. Everyone is super nice there and willing to help you out. You can make appointments via their app which I've done 2/3x but this last time I just walked in and was taken right away. The place was super clean and they do offer many services in this location. Speaking on location, it's placed in such a great plaza. Not only do they have a bunch of food options but you can get a lot of shopping done here too. Super happy with my hair cut and definitely will continue to come to this location. Plaza so nice I took my bike out for a spin. Also helpful little saving tip on Tuesday they are offering $3 off if you make an appointment online! Sarah was amazing!! I was super nervous getting my cut; I haven't had one for years bc of the pandemic and had to resort to cutting my own. She didn't make me feel judged, helped me figure out what I wanted, and delivered a super cute on-trend look in less than 30 minutes!! I felt so feminine and beautiful for my first day at my new job! Went to the back left chair. Not sure if the lady's name but she had hair on the chair when she called me back. Wiped it off and said, "sit here". Then I sit down and tell her what I'm looking for and as she starts into my fade I notice her scissors are sitting on the counter with a huge clump of hair lodged in them. I'm waiting for the inevitable moment and it finally comes when she grabs the scissors. I say, "you're gonna clean those right?" She says, "oh, yes of course". She then proceeds to milk the hair off with her fingers and starts cutting my hair and explains, "I can't use a solution on them because it will ruin the finish". The scissors had a blue finish on them which was obviously more important than sanitization. Cut ended up looking alright, but the cleanliness of the workstation and sanitation practice was the worst I've ever seen. read more

Courtney does my hair and I love it every time. She really knows what she is doing and takes her time to make sure you're happy. The salon in its self also is pretty nice for a chain salon. The other girls that work here seem very talented and friendly and like they all get a long. Very drama free (which is hard to find) lol. I will be returning here every time for my cut color and style needs. read more

Had a really bad experience at this location with Kayla!!! I went there to get once shade of color but she said that I can get it cheaper a different way!! So she did lots of foils and went for the second time to get it fixed and still not happy, today I went and it took her 3 tries but she literally just got my hair color back to how I have it!!! It's not entirely surprising that one would get a chop shop job out of a 14 doller hair cut. I had a rule for established for myself years ago that I wouldn't use a Supercuts, and was deffinitely reminded why that rule was set in the first place. I went in knowing that what I wanted should have been easy haircut and one in fairly high demand; what I left with was a massacre that I could have accomplished by myself in a mirror. When my hair was wet, it didn't look half bad but when it dried after I had left, it was completely unacceptable. After sleeping it over I came to the conclusion something had to be done, and went back in for a touch up. When I asked for someone else to take a look at the chopy layered mess, I was directed to the women who had cut it in the first place- being told that everyone else was busy. Sure the touch up was free, as it should have been, but its hard to call what I walked out with a second time a big improvement. Needless to say, I am going to stick to my guns next time and go to a real hair salon rather than sacrifices inches of my precious locks to Edward Scissorhands over at good ol' Supercuts ever again. I will never be a return customer and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values the way their hair is taken care of. read more

My hairstylist Kayla spent a lot of time making sure my hair was exactly the way I wanted it to be, even when my hair was being uncooperative lol. Well. I have been coming here for a few years. It is irritating that the stylists have to be interrupted in the middle of your haircut to answer the phone and or talk to incoming patrons. Yeah they have the check in tablet where you find your name in their system And indicate which services you want. So the stylists continue to chatter with each other while cutting your hair etc. and ignore their client. Irritating. When I was invited to the operator's station, I noticed the floor was covered with clippings from the past few patrons. I hate stepping in everyone else's hair cuttings so I asked the operator to clean the floor as I do not want to track hair into my car. She got all quiet like I had insulted her. But she retrieved a push broom from the back office and moved the hair from her station to the back room. I explained my cut and showed her my preferred part line. Asked for a layer to add some fullness. Despite being interrupted constantly - another operator yelled across the room at her and told her she did not have anyone "in service"- She had to stop my cut, bring the printout to the other operator, to prove that I was actually sitting there getting a shampoo and cut! Anyway the operator seemed very insecure but the haircut and neck shave turned out OK. ... But the part was on the wrong side. Customer courtesy and service training would be helpful. They are moving this salon over next to Crispers - Feb 2017- so she gave me a $5.00 coupon to use at the new location. Based on my experience here I probably would stick with simple services and avoid tricky color. read more

Can I please rate them as BAD AS POSSIBLE! This woman screwed up my hair so bad!!! I went in to lighten up my hair with about an inch of dark root showing. This woman Lindsey just did whatever she wants to do to us college girls (give us ugly black to orange ombré) for a WHOPPING 200 DOLLARS! And they didn't even blow dry my hair! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I even went back the next day to ask her to tone up the orange and they wanted to charge me for it? She then put random highlights in my hair and didn't do anything made it look WORSE. If you want a good salon go to the Color Bar. They fixed what this horrible place did to me. Also the manager Renee is a big snob, unprofessional and nasty and they didn't care about my opinion only wanted my money. read more

Then she told me to sign in. So, you put your own info in and select what service you want. NO WAY! If you don't have a receptionist, I'm not doing the job for you. Had a Tea Tree Experience. My hair is thick and I use a lot of product, so I treat myself once in a while, because it cleans my hair, and feels good! A nice tingling scalp massage and hot towels. Easy to relax and de-stress. Definitely recommend Holly who took care of me. Very professional, and excellent customer service! Will be back! read more
