I got a supercut with a beardtrim, my wife got a supercut plus shampoo both of our hair stylist were amazing and super sweet ,mackenzie and annamarie both did amazing. 10/10 will be coming back. The North Attleboro Supercuts provides excellent service and haircuts! The staff are incredibly friendly and you will always be greeted at the front door. The store is very clean and spacious, and there are plenty of parking spots available. We typically get our haircut done at a different location, however, we tried this location out and absolutely loved it. We got haircuts from Megan and Stephanie. They are both incredibly friendly and talented at what they do; they did a great job on our cuts. They listen to what we wanted and did a fantastic job! Would definitely come back to get a haircut from these two! read more

Ive been here a few times... most cases a substandard but cheap cut. Until... the single most hilariously bad and disimpassioned hair cut i have ever received in my life. I couldnt even offer criticism it was so bad. It took 8 minutes. My sides were hacked and buzzed and she took 2 seconds with scissors on top. Literally 1 snip with scissors. Then she showed me the back and i thought she was asking if the length was good because it was very obviously lopsided. And piece-y looking where there were patches. And she had already shaved the hair near my ears clean off. But nope, she put a hot towel on and that was it. Somebody that bad at a haircut, that disinterested in doing a good job and potentially needing of glasses was not going to do any revisions to her already awful cut. Below are some pictures of the lovely results. This cut made me learn to put more value on my overall well-being and physical appearance. Find a good barber or stylist. When you find a good one, go to them regularly. Do not jeopardize looking terrible for 2 months because the better cut is 10 to 20 to even 30 or 40 dollars more. This is you that you have to walk around with every day. People see you. Now people are going to see me like this. I hope this helps others like me that look for good deals and are willing to roll the dice. I know I have learned a valuable lesson. read more

For some reason every time I have come here I have had a crummy experience. The people that work there have an attitude and time estimating problem. Once I was asked how I wanted my hair cut, I told her "one length", and the hairdresser looked at me shocked and said "are you sure?". *Mind you I wasn't asking for a mohawk, I just wanted to get rid of my layers and have it fall to my upper back* What is the point of asking some one a question if you aren't going to listen to the answer? That wasn't the only rude comment I've come across in this store. Since then I've been to their store in Cumberland and have never had a problem. Pitty really. read more

I was absolutely horrified at the service I received here with two specific employees; they denied me service (a shampoo) because my "hair was too much work" (I'm Portuguese, so, not sure if they have said this to other people of color or various ethnicities that are singled out for having hair that is "too much work"?) I have had many Supercuts shampoo my hair with zero issue, and nothing was different on this day, and I believe it was Ida who said, "I'll do it if I can charge you $50 because this will take me forever!" - So I informed them I would bring this to management, and proceeded to go to South Attleboro Supercuts, and easily had someone shampoo my hair within 15 minutes. It is worth noting that when this occurred, there was not a single other customer in the North Attleboro Supercuts- the two employees were sitting on their phones, not busy or any other conceivable excuse. They simply thought my hair was "too much work." I will not stop speaking about this incident because of how offensive and unacceptable it was, and would appreciate someone reaching out to me to discuss. read more

Felt discriminated here. Don't have hours posted till 6pm and turn your customers away 15 past 5 pm because you want to leave work. Absolutely inconsiderate and lazy. Well never go to a super cuts again. Worst service ever! I have brought my boys here a few times for cuts. They always come out great. The wait is never very long. The stylists are always friendly. I personally would never get my hair colored hair since they use Paul Mitchell color and my hair hates it. Apparently all supercuts "pretreats" hair before color by washing with a clarifying treatment then conditioning and drying under a dryer. That seems time consuming and unnecessary for clients and the stylists. My boys have never had a bad cut here. read more

But I refuse to give money to a business with a Subscription to the "Philadelphia Trumpet" an antiscience grossly indoctrinating publication. I picked it up while waiting thinking it was left behind by someone I was dismayed to see it was in fact addressed to them with a number of issues. I haven't had a profession touch my hair in 7 years. No, I don't have anxiety about getting my haircut, its about just getting myself through the door or calling for an appointment. Once I'm in the chair, I'm fine its getting to the chair. I walked in which they don't recommend, I just happened to hit a down time on the first gorgeous Sunday of the spring. Within half an hour Colleen and her fabulous glasses cut off all my damaged hair and assessed that luckily I was not losing my hair nor needed to move my part to prevent hair loss. They didn't wash my hair but I also came in with fairly damp hair as I wasn't expecting to go in and get my hair cut. read more

I was a walk-in at 2pm on a Wednesday. There were two stylists there, one was working and the other was free and helped me right away. I showed her a picture I found online of an undercut design I wanted and she said she could do it no problem. Her name was Colleen and she not only did an awesome job but was super easy to chat with and I felt really comfortable. The cut cost $16 plus tip. I try to avoid getting my hair cut frequently because its awkward and expensive. This experience was neither of those things. read more

I used to go to another one down the street, but due to a situation with one of the stylists being "less than nice" to customer, I found this place and am much happier. This place opens at 8am on Saturdays, which is great for me, since I'm up early and want to get done quickly, plus, they always have enough staff to take care of the customers. Only downfall is that they don't wash hair prior to doing h/c and that's sometimes an issue for me, only because I was used to that at the place I went to in FL. The last two times coming here if gotten the h/c that I've asked for without issue and I'm happy with that. read more

I called an hour in advance, as I knew this would be a busy day, it being the day before Thanksgiving. I showed just before my scheduled time, waited another 15 minutes but didn't mind. Then, when the stylist takes me, she barely cuts my (short angled bob) hair, leaves it all uneven, but I couldn't tell until I got home and styled it myself because there was "no time to style or dry" in late November. My daughter (who is 17 & has autism) & I have been going to this salon for a couple years for haircuts---they are all so wonderful and take the time to find out how she'd like her hair cut & she is always thrilled with how it comes out. Although Stefanie the manager is outstanding I just got a hair cut and addition to a price increase they have ALSO eliminated the Sr Citizen discount a double hit when you are on a fixed income. The Regis / or owners appear to be money grubbers as other locations still offer Sr Discount and there are other alternatives. read more

I dropped in tonight because I was nearby and needed a cut. The stylist was alone and had two people before me, so I dropped into Marshals to kill some time. When I got back, she was ready for me. She asked about how I liked to wear my hair, and suggested a length, which was perfect. She did a great job and asked questions about coloring, etc. I haven't walked out of a salon happy with the way I look, in a LONG time. Tonight, I was happy! I went to the store in fashion crossing Washington st n attleboro today. The female (beth) that checked me in also called me over for a haircut. As I sat down I explained that I was not sure what kind of cut I need but I feel like the back is out of proportion to the hairstyle. As I asked her opinion she said ,loudly, "I don't know!! I'm not the one walking around with the hairstyle!!" I was embarassed!!!! Got up and said " I thought you knew what to do?" As in listen to my hair complaints to help cut my hair but unfortunately she was out of patience and was completely rude and as I was walking out without a haircut,she is yelling at me in front of a bunch of customers and employees saying " how can I cut your hair if you don't know what you want" I promptly walked out but immediately returned for her name and as I re- entered the store, she was stomping away to the back.I asked "excuse me what is your name?....excuse me what is your name...no answer she kept walking like a 5 yr old. I got my first haircut here a few months ago. The stylist and I had a lot in common because we both wear our hair long and super curly. It was a fun experience having her do my hair. She was funny, engaging and seemed to really take an interest in me. I was looking forward to going back to have her do my hair again, and wanted to add in color, too. Would have dropped over $100 with a nice tip. When I walked in, she was at the desk and I greeted her with a big smile and complimented her hair. She barely looked at me, did not smile, or even acknowledge me. I know these stylists see a zillion people and perhaps she didn't remember me. BUT, to ignore an enthusiastic, smiling customer under ANY circumstance is a huge marketing blunder! My enthusiasm was instantly gone and I promptly left the store. I will never, ever go back there. If you want a great cut, go there, but don't expect to be treated like a valued customer the next time. read more
