She really listened to what I wanted and the result came out even better than I pictured. The color is stunning and the haircut gave my hair so much volume. She was also SO sweet and even brought me coffee. She really cares about her clients being happy with the end result. I'm obsessed with how my hair turned out and I've already booked with her again. The only reason I'm knocking off one star has nothing to do with Kaihler herself, but the salon's product pricing. I purchased a hair product there for $47, then realized afterward the exact same product/size is selling for around $25 at Ulta and Amazon, and even the brand's own website has it listed for $36. Marking products up that much is pretty scammy and left a bad taste in my mouth, so I definitely wouldn't purchase products from the salon again. But overall, Kaihler herself was amazing and I'd definitely recommend booking with her!

My hair is naturally thick and curly, and most salon stylists insist on straightening or applying hair dye. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to dye, and straightened hair tends to make my already large face appear even bigger. This is why I've been hesitant to visit hair salons. Mina, however, was a refreshing change. She gave me a fantastic layered cut that beautifully accentuated my natural curls. After 60 years of living, I've finally found a hairstyle that I truly love. I regret not discovering this salon earlier, especially since it was established before the pandemic. I wholeheartedly recommend Mina's skills to my family and friends. The stylists are friendly, efficient, and always do a great job. I especially appreciate the eyebrow trim--they always get it just right. The shop itself is bright, well‑lit, and comfortable. There's always 70s and 80s music playing at a pleasant volume, which gives the place a relaxed, familiar vibe. One moment that really stood out was when I mentioned I was feeling a bit sweaty; the stylist immediately lowered the temperature without hesitation. That kind of attentiveness goes a long way. If I have any beef at all, it's the wait time. Even when I check in ahead of arrival, I've occasionally had to still wait up to 40 minutes before getting into the chair. It's pretty unusual though, but it does happen. Overall, though, Great Clips continues to be reliable, friendly, and consistently good--solidly 4 out of 5 stars.

However, as the cut continued, he began trimming away the top of his hair. In a few minutes, it had gone from a few centimeters to a few inches off from all sides. His hair used to fall in front of his eyebrows, but now half of his forehead is showing. He continued to trim the back, leaving only two inches of hair. It was even left choppy at that point.
