I started going back to this particular location of SuperCuts out of convenience. I needed an urgent haircut, and happened to be in the area, so why not? That was a few months ago and I cannot be any happier. Elizabeth and Delvy provide the best haircuts and are friendly and accommodating. Setting up appointments is easy, and I can count on them for fast reliable service. Two things I particularly appreciate -besides the nice haircut- is that somehow they wrap my shirt neck in a way that no loose hair bothers me after I leave. Honestly, this rating is about Delvy exclusively. She is the only human being I trust with my hair and the day she goes to another location to provide her services, I will follow. I have super thin/short hair and I'm tender headed. Delvy has the hands of an angel and manages my hair for volume and coverage. I'm super particular about how I want to see my hair... I like different takes on the pixie for my round face. and Delvy makes my vision a reality. every. single. time. I like to play with how lady-like or boyish I want my fade... how long I should let my hair grow for coverage, etc. And she styles! Like I said.... this isnt about SuperCuts. I've been getting my haircut at this location for several years. The staff has turned over a few times but there has been one individual cutting hair there since I first began coming. Each and every time Katia cuts my hair, I come out looking even better than the last time. I used to just shave my head. Now I've got style. Everyone is very friendly. I always get either Ana or Keny. Both are very good and very friendly. I usually dont wait long. I wasn't happy that the new owner raised the price 1 dollar. This place is always my last option for a hair cut. Because I am in the military, hair cuts are a bi-weekly event and are taken pretty serious. Today was the LAST time i will go to the one by Kohl's. I do not speak Spanish and the lady did not speak english very well so she did not fully understand what i was asking for. I asked her not to touch the top and the first thing she did was cut the top. When i got home that my wife pointed out that she had left a patch on the back of my head. After further inspection, you can see multiple patches, wild hairs, and the top is completely uneven. read more

Worst service I have ever experienced and when I was asking about pricing the last was not only going to charge me 90 for a cut and color but another 65 just for a blow dry. I called corporate and they said it should only be 20 dollars extra and they are now getting me in touch with the district manager. The woman was so rude and when I was trying to explain to her I've been to many super cuts before she pretended she didn't understand me.
