Seeing some of these bad reviews for this Supercuts breaks my heart. The crew has been nothing but good to me since I moved to Meridian. Time to spread some good. The staff is always polite and works with some of my difficult requests keeping my hair the way I like it. I'm one of those guys that likes his hair a certain way, and tend to stay little from my personal style. I don't wear camo or have holes in my clothes so at least I've got that going for me. I'd love to say some name of past and present staff, but there have been so many people over the years I don't remember them all. Ive worked with Kaylee and Nastia a few times (I think that's their names - sorry if I got your name wrong ladies, autocorrect made me do it). Yesterday I had my hair done by a wonderfully entertaining young man but I did not get his name. He was very personable as I enjoy talking during a haircut. Price is fair. It's a haircut and my requests don't usually require shampoo but I have taken them up on the offer for a beard trim once. Was good, but I think I'll grow mine out of work will let me. Wait time is what it is and Im good with some down time on my phone. I secretly laugh inside when someone walks out after a twenty minute or longer wait. The location cannot be beat. Right next to winco so on my errand days I usually get my haircut before or after grocery shopping. There's always parking. Overall, great place. I've been coming here for service since I moved to Meridian and don't plan to stop unless my favorite coffee joint starts doing hair too. But that might be weird. I walked-in this morning - grateful that they accept walked-ins. I had Jessica cut my hair. I asked her what my preferences are and she exceptionally delivered my expectations. She was also a great conversationalist and even gave some recommendations on food trips. Their salon adheres to cleanliness and safety. I love my haircut. I am grateful to visit their Salon. This place is great. I hadn't had a haircut in about 2 years as I was shaving my head myself. I finally let my hair grow and needed a cut. This place was close to home so I gave it a shot. I had Jennifer cut my hair and she did an amazing job. It looked great and my wife absolutely loved it. Wait time is always reasonable and the price is great. All of the other stylists here have always been super friendly also. read more

Wait times are usually long most people request Jennifer, so it takes a while. I have had my haircut by four different ladies. All of them did a terrible job except Jennifer. She has done a good job every single time. Thank you for that but if you love your hair, be careful who you choose. read more

Kaylee at this location was amazing! I had gone to a different Supercuts location a couple days before and received a pretty sad haircut. I came to this location and Kaylee was able to fix the layers in my hair and took the time to help show her coworker what she was doing as well. She was so nice and easy to talk to. A much better experience! I walked out loving my haircut. The location I received the poor haircut from is owned by different franchise owners. You could tell the difference in training and friendliness between the two shops and I'd highly recommend this Supercuts location. read more

I saw the stinky reviews, and yet, I still went to get my haircut there today. I am visiting for the week and I was desperate. It was the closest place to the hotel, I had a Supercuts gift card with me, and I desperately needed a cleanup before my grandmother's memorial service. I am so glad that I went! The gal who cut my hair did an amazing job! I have an asymmetrical bob, and it had some funky parts leftover from my last cut (the gal who usually cuts my hair had an off day). She cleaned up the shag perfectly, adjusted some lines, gave me some volume in the back, and styled it super cute. The products she used were really good too... they actually helped my hair a ton. I loved that she wasn't just pushing product on me--she actually showed me how cool the stuff was and how it helped my hair (I could see a total difference). To top it off, I noticed some crap brows on me when I looked in the mirror, so I asked if she could clean those up as well. They look great! I don't know what the other reviews are about, but this gal was awesomely talented and did a beautiful job with my hair. Added points for the fun conversation. Here's the worst part though--I forgot her name!!!! So I can't even recommend her or thank her. She was young, wore cute glasses, and had short, brightly colored reddish/purple hair. What a boring description, but I do hope that whoever she is, you find her if you come to this Supercuts. She was great! Now I wish I actually lived here so she could be my go-to... broken heart. read more

I asked for bangs and walked out with a botched semi bowel cut. The manager emailed me after I went to the location to show them what their stylists did. I emailed her back and never heard anything back. I will be sure to spread the word. read more

My fiancé scheduled his appt online and when he arrived someone else took his spot . He brought this up to the receptionist and they took others before him and put his name on the bottom of the list . He waited over 50 minutes before leaving . We WILL NOT be returning . read more

I'm surprised that their aren't more reviews for this shop! Great place, not very busy during the week. Weekends a little busier. Megan just did a great job on my hair, had a great attitude, and personality. I hope she is working next time I go in for a cut! Prices are decent as well. Recommended! read more

I called and made and appointment 20 minutes in advance for one of my clients and when we arrived another customer complained that he would not be getting serviced (all though we made an appointment and he was a walk in). The lady that was working with him told him it was ok because we just walked in and wouldn't mind if he went ahead of us. Very unprofessional and we had to cancel the appointment because my client went into behavior from waiting too long. read more

The worst service ever. The app said 20 minute wait time. Check in set the appointment for 1hr later. I arrived 15 Minutes early and checked in. I was told I was number two in line. Twenty minutes later another customer was served. The second lady came out and checked the check ins and I was bumped to number 3 inline. By this time I had already been waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Walked out NEVER to return. read more

Never, never, never go to this Super Cuts. The words "extremely disappointed" are insufficient for this dastardly business. My beautiful, long healthy hair has been hacked to bits. I just wanted a trim, to simply cut off the dead ends. This was about 3 inches. The girl decided to help me and do some razor blade cutting technique which has made my lovely locks look literally like a fried-out, dollar store wig. She tried to fix it and failed again. I am extremely unhappy and sad that my hair looked great this morning and now, completely bummed out. I have to wait 6 months just to have it grow out. TERRIBLE Super Cuts. Do NOT go here. Today my son received a haircut from this place and they basically gave him a buzz cut. He asked for a #3 with a fade, which is what he asks every time he gets a hair cut. He ended up looking like a concentration camp survivor. And to make matters worse the workers had NO remorse or empathy. They wouldn't refund our money (my wife prepaid and went grocery shopping nearby) and would not even change the cost to a buzz cut price, which is cheaper than a regular haircut. I went to supercuts yesterday and it was the best haircut I've ever had! I've been to far more high end hair cuts departments, such as tony & guy and spent a lot more money, and it didn't even cut close to the service I received. Great place to get my haircut. I was going to a few other places in Meridian for my haircut but someone told me about Supercuts and the great prices. Once I tried them I was hooked. I especially like the one-clip deal where if they use just the one number clipper the haircut is only $7.00. I always give the worker $10.00 as they are always friendly and the place is very clean. read more
