When I arrived the door was locked and finally noticed someone was knocking on the window pointing to a long sign of guidelines in the window for me to read. So I read it .. basically asking for me to wait in my car, no purses or back packs, etc. Not a problem. I went to my car and was putting my purse inside and was going to sit and wait. Someone opened the door to the shop and was talking to me but I could not hear her as she had one of those big plastic shields on. I said "hi, I'm Cindy Cole I have a 1:00 appt." She kept pointing to the sign and I think I said I read it and she started screaming at me to take my business elsewhere that she said NO PURSES. I said back - in a loud voice because she was far from me and now I'm getting upset that I read the sign and I understood that I was getting my phone, wallet etc. She did not want to listen to me and just kept saying "take your business elsewhere". I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have no problem following any rules in any establishment and I totally understand we are all on edge. It would have been nice if I knew all those guidelines beforehand. She was rude, rude, rude. I'll pray for her.
