A very basic haircut is now $30 (+$7 if you want it washed). My regular salon just raised their prices (again), so not only am I extending the time between cuts, now I'm also alternating with Supercuts for maintenance. Stacey works fast! She effortlessly re-shaped my grown out long layers. I really appreciate that Stacey trims what is needed and isn't overzealous with wanting to chop off my longer hair. The cut took ~15min total. My ends look clean and refreshed. $30 + tip. Note: They don't allow appointments, BUT you can "check-in" on the app the day before and secure a time for the next day. You can also see who is working that day if you want a specific person. This is not a salon experience. I wouldn't come here for a major change. Ask for scissor cut on the top and back and electric razor on the side. She immediately took the electric razor to the sides and then went right at the back and very minor scissor cut on the top. Asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed I said yes, and she shaved one of them halfway off. Was not a good experience. Will not return andefinitely don't recommend. read more

Well, I moved here from Los Angeles and I've had my hair absolutely butchered by everybody that is cut it, when you've gone to the same Stylist for 11 years you get used to your hair looking the same, And I went to a couple high-priced salons here in Medford, and they still gave me a bad cut, but I had my haircut today by Gabby and I was so happy it finally looked like it looked when I was back in Hollywood, she did an amazing job, wanted to make sure I was happy with it, and has a great personality and is very easy to talk to. I have always had great experiences here and today was exceptional. My stylist was Meli, who i have had before, and she did a terrific job, as usual. Not only was the haircut great, but the store was excellent at adhering to the Covid19 guidelines. The staff and the customers all were wearing masks and only two customers were in the shop at a time, distanced from each other. They also thoroughly cleaned their stations before and after each cut and had sanitizer for the customers. The online check in procedure was excellent and easy, as well. I needed​ a Barber that was open on Sunday and my choices were limited nearby. I'm happy I chose this Supercuts as an amazing Stylist named Melissa helped me. I walked in without calling and waited about 15-20 minutes with one person ahead of me. Melissa was amazing in asking questions on what I wanted and even made suggestions that were very helpful. She was a great conversationalist and real which was pleasant. If you read this Meli, Keep up the great work! It was awesome to see the staff recognize the regulars and get them logged in to the POS as I was getting my hair cut. Made it feel like the local spot to be. Melissa had to answer the phone while assisting me. It seems it's common for people to call in and check the wait time and see if they could put there name on the wait list. It turns out this Supercuts doesn't take phone-in reservations unless they have an hour+ wait. I am not a fan of how corporate tracks clients in regards to how long it takes to service each client by the Stylists having to log each client in the POS. I feel this takes away from the customer experience and am just a number to the company. What a shame. This is another reason to go to an independently owned Barbershop. I don't like the thought that a Stylist has to rush or meet 'metrics' in this environment. read more

My husband and I went here for hair cuts back in January; he has continued to come here for his hair cuts, I'm trying to grow my hair out. I Took my 3-year-old here today for her first hair cut in a salon. The ladies were all incredibly nice, very sweet to my little girl, they understood the issue of hair-brush-phobia and the woman who cut my daughter's hair really took her time to make sure she wasn't hurting my kiddo. Overall it was $14 for the cut, and of course I tipped my stylist (always tip your stylist, people!) Would definitely recommend this place for a simple hair cut/trim. read more

Went in for a trim on long course hair. The hair dresser, Wendy, made me feel like I actually got a service. A lot of time places do not even have me sit down. She took her time and took about 1/2in off. Other salons consider 1-2 in a trim . That too much off for me. I feel like she did exactly what I asked in a professional way. I will go back. There was only one hair dresser at the time so there was a wait, luckly I got in before a whole mess of people came in so she did have to pause to check them in during my cut. I've been coming to this place for a few years. It's a place to get a haircut. Nothing fancy. Standard mass haircut place. Not so sure that I'll be going back though. Needed to get in for a quick haircut before the weekend, so I called and was told they can't put my name down because it was their last hour before closing. However, it was supposedly just a 30 minute wait right now. So I rush down and get there 5 mins after 6. I get told that they have a list and that they'll try to fit me in. (Wait? Now there's a list?) I sit down and wait. There's no one else waiting and there's a gal sitting in the chair and it looks like she's about halfway done. 15 mins goes by, nothing. Another 15 mins and still no update for me. Another 15 mins...and then another. She then comes over and says "I'm so sorry but it's now 7 so I'm not going to be able to fit you in. But we are open tomorrow." Whoa whoa whoa, what? She legit just kept me waiting for an hour and NOW she tells me that she can't fit me in?? If she took 1.5 hours to cut a woman's hair, I hope she gets paid by the hour and not by the number of haircuts. But in all seriousness, could she not have told me that she just didn't have any interest in giving me a quick men's cut?Couldn't she just have not wasted my time? I could have gone elsewhere! In this past, I've received much better hair cuts here than I have until just recently. I simply asked for a 1/4" left on the sides and a 1/4" off the top. What I got was something much different. I had no blend from my sides and my top that looked like I had a mushroom top, the hair on the back was rounded on one end and squared on the other (I have no idea how that could be mixed up), and a large portion of my hair on the top of my head was just buzzed right off. Guys at work noticed that right off the bat and said "Yeah, they hacked real bad." How this was worth $18, I'm sure I don't know. I'm glad I was able to find a place downtown from a buddy at work called Salara Salon. A woman named Tara saw the damage and went right to work using different cutters, scissors, and whatnot and totally re-worked my hair for the better. All for $16. That's a deal! So if you want a real haircut, don't go to Supercuts. Go to Salara Salon. Supercuts just lost a customer, and one who had one more signature for a free cut. read more
