She didn't touch the blonde in the front pieces so I have a yellow-blonde in front and then a grey-blonde on the rest. The brown is a very cool tone almost black and does not match my natural hair color like I asked(it looks a lot better on camera than in person). She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. She offered to fix it but since it's very inconsistent, I doubt it would be better a second time.

Her stylist was right there and never said anything not even hey will be right with you. Another stylist had to come from around the corner. Then she seemed annoyed the entire time. We showed pictures of what she wants and still didn't cut enough layers. She then asked if she wanted it dried. I have never had a haircut where they don't dry it to see that nothing needs to be fixed. I asked if she had time to style it and she was like it is an extra charge and I said that is fine. She just seemed so annoyed with us.

I have seen many a haircut regarding my husband and this truly is the worst cut he's ever received. A hairstylist should ask what would you like done? Discuss your hair texture if needed and both come to an agreement on how the cut should go. You defending the hairstylist is the wrong approach. The customer is always right.
