However, I was unable to get my haircut this week so I came to Supercuts here in Mansfield. Christopher cut my hair. He did an outstanding job. I was highly impressed with his work. The price was much more reasonable than what I'm used to paying. I will probably come back because of Christopher. read more

Not sure how this place got these rave reviews. I went there last Friday and Nathan butchered the hell out of my hair. I went in with a picture of a simple shoulder length, long layers haircut and came out with a badly chopped 80s shaggy/mullet. Nothing is even, 3 thick distinct thick layers, and the hair at the "crown" of my head is cut 2 inches shorter than the shortest layer. I don't even know how that's possible. It will take months for this to grow out enough for a real stylist to fix. I'll never go back there again. read more

Came from across the street (Fantastic Sam's) on Debbie Lane due to their lack of customer service. Was able to walk in and get my hair cut and colored by Madi and she did a Fantastic job. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that I still had to wear a mask inside the salon even though the Governor has lifted the mask mandate on May 24, 2021. The stylists wear them too. Hopefully, that will end soon for all of us! read more

This is a great location with friendly and reliable staff. While I cannot say that my haircut is always perfect, it has never been terrible, and any errors that I have found later have not been generally noticeable. As for service, stylists take their time to make sure that you are getting what you want, and during the cut, they are friendly and attentive. As I stated before, I've had a few errors before in my buzz cuts, but that is not unusual as a stray hair here or there has happened at other salons as well. But, at least here, these stray missed hairs have not been noticeable. Of course, it is a Supercuts, so the price is more than reasonable. All in all, if you're in the area, I recommend this location. read more

This was my first time coming to this location of Super Cuts. I originally had a bad cut that was uneven from a different location. Beth, the owner of this specific location, was so kind and got me set up with her ladies. I got my hair washed, trimmed evenly and blow dried. We had a great conversation getting to know one another and it was super friendly! They did a fantastic job! I was so grateful for the outcome. Mekeshia did an excellent job cutting my hair. She actually listened to me as I explained the nature of my hair and what I had found to work best over the years. She cut it exactly like I wanted it and needed it to be. I have naturally curly hair and she proved to be very knowledgeable on how to cut and work with it. I highly recommend her. This is typically where i get my haircuts. Reasonably priced. Today was a bit of a drag as they seemed a bit understaffed as i had about a 45 minute wait. Generally, i won't wait over 15-20 for a haircut, but i had been happy in my previous visits and I wasn't in a rush so i waited. I don't generally like to talk too much and some stylists don't pick up on that and want to talk my ear off, but that wasn't the case here. My stylist asked a couple questions and i guess picked up im not talkative, which I appreciate. Much like my previous visits, I received the haircut I requested and i left happy. The longer than usual wait is where they lost stars today. I'll likely go back for my next haircut. read more

My son and I came in here with a coupon for Great Clips. I thought the coupon was for Supercuts but taking it out of my wallet when we checked in at arrival was when I discovered it was for a competitor. I told the lady at the desk that I was sorry and that we wanted to redeem the coupon and that we were leaving. I crossed out my sons name on the sign in sheet when another stylist said that they would honor the competitors coupon. I said that was great and wrote my son's name a second time. We waited in line then were called back by a very nice lady who did a pretty good job on my son's hair. When we went to pay the lady had forgotten about the coupon at check in and told me that she couldn't accept the coupon. I told her that we had just spoken about this and she turned around to ask who I assume was a manager. She was an unpleasant, self-righteous know it all who had absolutely no intention of listening. Her goal was to assert her implied authority. With the rudest, most condescending tone she told me that the coupon was for another competitor. I told her I knew that and then included the other stylists in the conversation. All of the sudden, that person became quiet and wouldn't even make eye contact. The lady told me she would offer a $4 general coupon but I would have to pay full price. Then she described for me the policy. I told her that little piece of information would have been useful before the hair cut. She laughed, turned around and went back to working with her client. I left the building feeling fine about the hair cut but terrible about the unprofessional demeanor of the 'manager.' Had the lady apologized for the miscommunication, this review would have been only a positive one. But once that person got involved I decided that as many people as possible need to know about how little this place cares about their customers. There are 15 other places in Mansfield to get a hair cut included two across the street. There is no reason to visit this place. I will certainly not be back again. read more
