This review is to warn others: don't come here. It's the worst haircut place I've ever seen. Im not talking about styling. I'm talking about safety. My husband came here once or twice and so I thought I could bring my son here too. I was scared to say the least. I need to write this review to warn others, please don't bring your kids here. Been going here for a while now. I call in on 6/13 at 9:40 and she says, "if you live close by, I can get you in before my next appt." I scheduled a shampoo and a style A couple days before on the phone. Nothing was mentioned or asked about if I had extensions. When I showed up for my appointment they refused to wash my hair because I had extensions in. What hair place doesn't wash someone's hair with extensions? Literally never heard this before. Cosmologist Letty was very knowledgeable with her craft! She offered good suggestions for better hair care. My cut was smooth n clean. Letty always gives excellent haircuts served alongside pleasant conversation. Can't beat the experience for $23.00. I've been going to Supercuts for couple years in Vegas and have had many different people cut my hair but Letty just has that secret touch, a gift to cut peoples hair the right way it's really awesome, it's nice. I used to go to the other Supercuts by smiths on Charleston and hualapai. Letty worked there and moved, so I followed her. She never disappoints, her haircuts are amazing and she's so nice to my son and me. I got my boyfriend to go to her too. This Supercuts is really nice and way better than the other one. I've always taken my dad there for a hair cut the staff has always been so nice but not today . The hair stylist was borderline rood . We were greeted with Do you have an appointment? Yes Name ? Jon Ricardi . I then said .... Good Morning ! How are you today ? She answered Fine ! And proceeded to walk away so I assumed we were to follow. I said I'm leaving my dad here and I'll come back when he is done . Please cut it short . No answer from Cheyenne . Yep that's her name . On my way out I called one of the other stylist who was very nice and gave her my number and explained that my dad has dementia and if she could call me when he was done . Which to she responded "of course" . I got a call from them to come for my dad but the service was bad I could not answer The phone so I just went inside the salon. When I walked in I proceeded to explain to Cheyenne that I'm sorry the service is really bad I tried to answer but couldn't. Her answer nothing. I jokingly said to her did my dad behave her answer yes she proceeded to give me the total and said "enter credit card there" she charged me $19 I relentlely gave her a five dollar tip just because my moma always said " kill them with kindness" The only reason I'm posting this it's so the owners will know what's going on in their salon. I admit, I was a walk in but the lady (long dark hair, more on the sturdy side, pale) decided to sit me in a chair and ask the style (a short mullet) I would like. Very disappointed. I would have give a zero if I could. Came here today and didn't realize the lady that cut my hair prior to Covid is no longer there. I requested a simple bop cut short mid neck. Short in the side and longer on the outside. The hair stylist said she can layer just a little to give me volume. I even mentioned numerous time about my haired being very thin and too much later will be too much. Since I can't see without my glass, can see the amount she chopped off. Too much layers and now it's shorter beneath my ears not to mention my left side is uneven. Some strains are too short and I can't fix it without chopping it shorter. Ugh... Never again. read more

This place it terrible. It is right across the street from where I live so its very convenient. Walk in on Sunday 6/16/19 for a quick haircut and there was one person working once person waiting and one person receiving a haircut. Was told the wait was one hour...unacceptable. Today 6/17/19, check in online at 11:15am and my estimated wait time was until noon. Arrived at 11:55, 3 people were working anf giving haircuts. 4 people were waiting and i was told the wait was at least an hour.
