I'm absolutely appalled by the behavior that went on at this Great Clips. A family member went…read morebehind my back to bring my son into this shop and perform a haircut on him that he did not want. They did not ask for any I.D. from the family member or ask to contact me for consent. My son has been growing his hair out for over a YEAR and the only reason this family member brought him in behind my back was because they don't approve of boys with long hair. Note, this person has NO CUSTODY over my child and no form was required for a minor to receive a cosmetic service. My child is absolutely heartbroken and completely devastated that this happened. When I went in to speak with the manager about the criminal actions that occurred, I was belittled and talked down to. I politely informed the manager that I was only there to confirm that no consent forms were required and that it was a courtesy visit that my lawyer requested I do. In fact, before the conversation was even finished she turned her back and walked away from me. This is singlehandedly the most unprofessional salon I have ever stepped into and as someone who has worked in numerous salons, working on a minor without an appropriate accompanied adult AND without a release form is extremely unprofessional and breaks numerous state board regulations. I highly suggest looking for a salon that treats their customers with respect and actually follows state board guidelines as this place is a complete joke.

K-TIPS: Before and after photos below…read more I had Bellami K-til extensions done by Brett and it was an AMAZING experience. She matched my hair perfectly, the install was smooth & quick, and it blended perfect. She even carefully placed the extensions around a specific part around my hair so I wouldn't have to worry about them being noticed. Genuinely the kindest human and she took everything I wanted into consideration. During our consultation she carefully told me how to take care of the extensions & what to expect which was amazing. Also, I ordered lunch to the salon and was able to eat and hang out while getting my hair done. All of the girls there were so excited for me to get my hair done which is such a nice bonus. Everyone was so kind and complimentary. The overall appointment was just perfect. I couldn't have wished for a better experience!

I made an appointment on their website for base change, balayage, and a haircut. Upon arrival, the…read morestylist checked my hair, then went away to (as she said) check the catalog, then returned and said she couldn't serve me. Her excuse was the website booked me for 2.5 hours which was not enough. She told me she had seen that appointment several days before the actual day but never made time adjustments in her schedule to dedicate more than 2.5 hr to me. Frankly speaking, it's weird because as a hairstylist of several years you should already know how long a base change and balayage require. The cherry on top was that she was trying to convince me stay for a haircut only. Seems like she didn't want to deal with coloring. Didn't pass the vibe check. Driving nearly 2 hours to an appointment and getting turned down is unprofessional.

The salon is very clean. I got a great hair cut and blow dry. My color however is terrible. I was talked into doing a full color because Jenna had not did the original job. I was good with that. I told her light brown . I basically just wanted to cover the grey. My hair is now the darkest brown and almost black. When I called to ask her to fix it I was told I would have to pay again! I paid over $130.00. And the color did not even come close to being what I asked for. I did try and just live with it. But is is very fake looking. So sad because I wanted to like it
