I've been getting my lashes permed and extensions from Anna Marie for months now and EVERY time I get a lift, they end up totally kinked and she only found out this last time that she had been putting the perming solution on for 13 minutes LONGER than she should have for sparse lashes. Is she even licensed? She was googling how long to use the solution. I blame her for my loss of lashes which is funny because she blamed me. As for the extensions, she gives me something TOTALLY different every time I go. I always ask for and want the same thing and the first time I saw her I received it but then the next time she gave me the opposite of what I wanted and then the time after that she gave me 10 pound lashes because she just keeps overcorrecting the mistakes she made last time. Totally inconsistent. This last time I went, I finally voiced my concern because I could barely see through the mountain of lashes she gave me but she said I will get used to them. I went downstairs to pay, DID NOT say anything bad about her. I said that she did a good job and the lashes are done well but there's so many and theyre so long and I asked the other girls if I looked crazy or if it was okay. Then I try to rebook to give her another chance and for one theyre out of the perming solution for a month now and two she wouldn't take me again. They are all upstairs talking crap about other clients as well. Either that or the 19 year olds that do hair are all talking about getting trashed and getting $20 lip injections over the weekend. Also had a young girl that looked high in a hoodie do my nails and only booked 45 minutes for tips and dip so she ran out of time and told me to finish them somewhere else. My sister also got horribly ugly "French tip" from them that was sloppy and a gross shade of pink for some reason. Bottom line is this place is totally unprofessional and does not care about their clients at all. You're on their time and if you don't like what they give you, you're gone. Never ever would I recommend this place for anything.

My hair was quite long, one length. I showed her a picture and left with a cut I NEVER wanted or asked for. She cut my hair in a what I can only describe as a cross between a mullet and a shag. The length was chopped to 5inches on top of my head. The crown and sides are heavily layered and layers on top dont match the layers on the sides. The back barely touched. The bottom was shaped in a "v". Thats it. It was a long thin strip of hair I refer to as the tail. That was the ONLY bit of length she left. I can't wear it pulled back or in a ponytail. Its too short. I texted Tammy and her only resolution was that she offered to "teach" me how to style it. It can not be styled any other way than how it is cut! Its been so heavily layered, it appears thin. I cant hide a 12inch tail in the back under the 5inches she left me with on top. I have since had the "tail" cut off and it left me with short hair I hate, never wanted or asked for . The lack of professionalism, responsibility and the fact she can not even respond is beyond me. I am left with a haircut I NEVER would have asked for and now I will have to wait a year and a half before its long enough to do something else with. I wouldnt have given 1 star but had to in order to leave the review. Do not go here if you value your hair or have any oponion about how you should look. You will get the look she wants you to have.

My Grandmother is currently living at Masternick Memorial Nursing Home down the street from the salon. She really wanted to get a perm so I called to make an appointment with the owner of the salon, Lisa. I drive from Pittsburgh, so Lisa was extremely accomadating in fitting my Grandma into her schedule within the next few days. The inside of the salon is warm and inviting and I love the bathroom and salon area are both wheelchair accessible. Lisa was so lovely and kind while my Grandma was getting her hair done as she assisted with getting her in and out of her wheelchair. Both my Grandma and I were very pleased with the perm and cut. Lisa even showed my Grandma some tips on how she could do her hair after it is washed. My Grandma left feeling like a million bucks. We could not have been happier. I definitely recommend this salon and Lisa!

Moving back to Warren I tried a couple places and none really did the job right - I have thick wavy hair that needs layers cut in a certain way so the curls lay correctly and am growing out a botched set of bangs.
