My mom was complaining the whole time that she was sick so Stephanie stepped up her pace. I felt like my mom was rushing her but she was very professional and sympathetic towards my mother. Didn't break her stride. Thank you Stephanie for being so caring and sweet. I also needed my eyebrows done and she did an AMAZING job. This style was Kristen. She calls herself a professional. She is not even close and I don't even know how the hell graduated from beauty school!! with each appointment for foil highlights every time I was sitting under the dryer with the foil highlights she let the foils stay on too long therefore, the bleach melted my hair off in the foils little by little each visit and I didn't start to notice it until the fall of 2025 when I brought it to her attention, she tells me that my hair has been shedding and that it's a hormonal shift with menopause well once you see the photos, you will disagree with her statement why my hair was slowly disappearing each visit? A hormonal menopause shift does not melt and break your hair off from the neck down. Menopause does affect your hair. I agree, but it affects it from the root down not from the neck down.!! if I would've noticed sooner, I would have stopped going there immediately, And that was my stupidity on my part ! So unfortunately for me I didn't notice until it was too late!! And when I brought this to her attention she refuses to take any responsibility whatsoever for the structural damage done to my hair! And the financial losses that I have endured !! I do everything in my power to help her and my son, to get through this. A good friend referred me to Martino Cartier Salon and their Wigs and Wishes charity. I made the appointment not knowing what exactly to expect. Please know that my daughter in law has shown so much strength and grace throughout this fight. We shaved her head after her first treatment. She didn't loose her hair until her third treatment. It was traumatic. It was the first time she stated that she had cancer. We had her wig appointment today. She was nervous. She has dyed her hair for years. Most recently, it has been purple. Though they didn't have a purple wig, Lianne was so beyond kind and found a wig that complimented her style. To make her feel more like herself, she added some colored extensions. On our way home, she kept looking in the mirror. I thought it was so sweet. Then she told me that she hadn't been looking at herself in the mirror because she didn't like the stranger who stared back at her. This brought a tear to my eye. Thank you, for giving her a bit of herself back!!! She is such a beautiful soul and I am so happy to see her with a real smile, rather than a forced one.

From the receptionist to the stylists, everyone working in this salon was super friendly and professional. There were complimentary snacks and beverages, the bathrooms were large and clean, as was the waxing room. Service -- As you'll see in my photo, my hair needed a serious upgrade. I went to see Joanna who is truly a master stylist. I don't trust anyone else to color my hair. Badly damaged with roots 4" long, I walked in struggling. I left absolutely glowing! She used her skills to turn my sad, neglected mane into fabulous and healthy hair. An Asian girl with blonde hair is no easy feat but she always pulls it off. If you're craving a color change, please go see her; from subtle to drastic and everywhere in between, she is an adept stylist with a master's knowledge of color, chemistry and end-result. Price -- It was $190 for the color, cut, wash and eyebrow wax and worth every penny. I'm honestly not the greatest judge though...You get what you pay for and I don't take any chances with my hair! The salon products are also reasonably priced and they have a wide selection of take-home hair care. TL;DR: If you're craving a change, go see Joanna! If you're in the area, check out this salon. You won't be disappointed with what you find here.
