Very disappointed! Hairdresser by the name of Saime who told me how she had cut hair for over 15 years, butchered my hair in the back. Showed her a pic, she said no problem and cut it 2-3 inches shorter in the back. After she cut my hair she kept saying "Wow! You're hair is so curly back here. " Why wouldn't you check that before you cut way to much off? Second time I've had a bad haircut from this location. I definitely won't be returning. read more

These people don't know to run their business. They take walk ins and lie about the wait. 20-30 minutes turns into well over an hour. I used to go there regularly but I'm over. The last straw was after a guy walked in and put his name on the list and they took him right away. I called today (Saturday) to put my name in for a haircut. I was told they don't take names on weekends but the place was empty and to come on in. When I arrived 3 - 4 minutes later, several chairs were taken and the patrons were already in the middle of their hair cuts. All the benches were actually full of waiting patrons. Either a bus just stopped in front of their store and all those people showed up to "prank" me or someone was lying their ass off to get me down there, thinking they could get away with it. First experience: hair dresser was rude to my daughter regarding the color she previously had in her hair. Second experience: My husband went in for a cut. The hair dresser asked how the previous hair dresser at another Supercuts had cut his hair; he gets it cut short with different size attachments. When he proceeded to tell her, her response to him was, "This isn't my 1st haircut!" Then why did you ask? By the way, she did a poor job. His hair is uneven and it doesn't look as though she had much experience cutting short hair. My daughter also when in at the same time to have her brows done and was not even acknowledged. She sat waiting the entire time her dad was getting his hair cut and she finally walked out choosing to go somewhere else. Each time was with the same hair dresser. 3rd experience: There won't be a 3rd experience. We are not gluttons for punishment. I hope the owner or manager reads this review. Never in my life have I been more unhappy and upset with a hair cut. I went into super cuts early this afternoon. The lady who did my hair had a big attitude. I was trying to be friendly letting her know I haven't had a cut since I was 8 weeks pregnant and im almost 5 months postpartum so my hair is thinning out from pregnancy and tangles really bad. She proceeded to rip at my Knott's with a comb to the point my scalp feels raw, then cut my hair shorter then I asked for. I came home to find out the back is uneven my layers are choppy and uneven as well. The left side is shorter then the right side. I was made to feel bad about my hair from the snotty rude faces the stylist made while cutting my hair. I highly suggest not letting the girl with short black hair and a eye brow piecing cut your hair unless you want to go somewhere else to get it fixed and pay 2 times for a cut because it needs to be corrected from the original cut. read more

I had a great experience at this Supercuts yesterday. My Wife and I have been battling my daughter's hair for 7 years. Her hair is very long, thin and tangles as soon as we get it brushed out. I took Anna in with a head full of tangles. She looked like a little blonde Bob Marley. It was a mess! We finally convinced Anna to cut her hair up to her shoulders to help mitigate some of the tangles. I arrived at Supercuts with Anna at 4:30, not realizing they closed at 5. Corinne(sp) was extremely patient. She spent an hour untangling the dredlock that had formed in Anna's hair!! She would have just chopped it off but I asked her to come it out so I could get a picture...this was Anna's first haircut (other than regular trims). So we finally got out of there at 5:45. Corinne did a great job and was very accomodating. I have been getting my hair cut at this supercuts for about two years and have never had a bad experience. I just had surgery and can't take a shower so I came to this super cuts by my house and she charged me $26 just to shampoo and blow dry!! Really? That's crazy. The sign says $5 for a shampoo and $8 for styling which I guess could be considered blow drying it... How does that add up to $26? I would rather have dirty hair than to come back here!!! Been going to this store since it opened, Yesterday was the worst ever. When it got back to my car I saw she a large patch on the top. I went back, I was told I had to wait another 25 min to get it fixed. But that's not the end, when I got home, I checked the mirror. Not a place to get very quick service at all. You always have one or two walk ins ahead of you everytime you show up so plan on waiting at least 15 minutes before you get your cut. Basically it's not the ideal place if you're in a rush and on a tight schedule. Supposedly there's a "call ahead" list you can get on but that doesn't mean much when somebody walks in a minute before you arrive. So there's really no need to bother calling them unless there's a specific person you want cutting your hair and you want to find out when they are there. The hair cuts are decent. Mine is a very basic crew cut so it's not easy to mess that up. They're moderately good at their work like any other place. But there scheduling of the workers and the "call ahead" lists they have are the two biggest issues I've found with this place. They have 2 employee schedule books and the one at the front desk will have different start and stop times from the one in the back office. So you have to call and ask for them to check that the person you want cutting your hair has the same start and stop times in each schedule book. Sometimes one book will be updated and the other will not. For example, and this happened to me. I was told that my hair dresser would be there until 2pm on a Saturday so I arrive at 12:45pm thinking I should be okay. I walk in and as soon as I do she said she has to leave at 1pm for a family birthday party and that it probably wasn't updated at the front desk schedule book which is what the lady was looking at when I called in. So then you're basically sitting anyways waiting for the next hairdresser. They close at 8pm during the week and refuse to answer the phone after 7:30pm too. And on this last visit the hair dresser used an electric clipper with an edge so sharp and pointy that it put red marks on my neck just by lightly touching my back neck area. Very painful! I told her to stop and she said it hurt a little boy also in the past and she was unsure why? l'll be looking for a more professional place in the future. read more

The problem I had with this was the place was empty and you could hear to people in the back talking and laughing. I really have mixed views about this place so I'm going to sort it into good and bad. GOOD: I went in a few days ago mostly out of curiosity and need of a hair cut since I was at walmart anyway and I had some time to kill. The second I walked in the receptionist was all smiles and good attitude. I've never been here before so I had called ahead to ask a few key questions about prices and services, she was the same girl I had spoken to on the phone and was so informative and seemed pleased to help me. When I came in she remembered that we had spoken (right down to my name which surprised me) and was happy to help. Though there was a wait it seemed like they were getting people through at a decent pace so that was good. The girl who cut my hair, Jill, was really sweet and very informative! She was friendly and conversational and felt like she was both listening AND cutting my hair- I feel like some stylists can only do one or the other. I have 0 complaints about the haircut as a whole and she was good enough that I got her card. The prices- shampoo and cut- are fair I think and even though they were busy I didn't feel like my job was rushed. The shop was clean and well kept even though it seemed like it could maybe use a fresh coat of paint but that's not a real complaint. BAD: I don't think I like some of the other stylists. A few seemed very loud, I could very clearly hear their conversation even though I was sitting in one of the booths on the other side of the room! There was one in particular, a red head whose name I don't know, who had the grumpiest expression on her face when I asked where the bathroom was before I was taken back. Understandably she was checking out a client so it could have been because she felt like I was interrupting by approaching her but she just gave me the feeling like she didn't want to help me. Maybe she was over whelmed by the amount of people in the lobby. I heard more than one of the girls working say they were hungry, more than once. I'm not saying that the girls working weren't very busy cutting hair because they did seem to be but hearing them talk about how tired and hungry they were gave me the impression that they didn't want to be there. The only other complaint I have is that the music choice that was playing was irritating, some kind of 90's crap I think. read more

Decided to try Alpine Supercuts (huge mistake). They really did a bad job all around for me and Charged me a fortune! So I came back here to get it fixed because they are always great and it was so bad that they offered to do it for free! I said no but they insisted (gave my stylist a very good tip). There' only one stylist in there that I would have cut hair. My son's hair was butchered by a young stylist there and had to have it corrected. My daughter just went in last night asked for her hair to be cut to her shoulders. It was chopped off (when it dried) it came right below her chin. I was so livid. I went in yelling and to have the stylist openly admit "she wasn't paying attention Sorry". Same girl butchered my son as well. I left to spare the stylist and called to get manager info. to have the manager tell me she wont have her stylist treated like that. Didn't care about the customer at all. Told me I have gotten upset before about my son and I need to take my children elsewhere. Didn't give me any corporate number to contact nothing. When I was yelling telling her customer service is awful there and they need to review their stylists. I proceeded to tell her I am no the problem her stylist is she said "What the hell do you want me to do".. Stay away from this salon they will butch your hair off and don't give a shit what you look like or if your satisfied. read more
