I was treated with disrespect -several of the hairstylist - took Clients ahead of me, even though they came in after me and had no appointment. Had cancelled my membership from their other location but I was continued to be billed for months. Luckily I noticed it and asked about it . I was directed to contact this location to clear things up. Be careful of miscommunication and phone tag with manager/whoever answers the phone. I am grateful that they are working with me on this but I had a lot of wasted time and even physical trip to this location due to miscommunication. Wish it was more clear and faster resolution. I still don't have my refund back, which they said I can pick up this week as a check, however, as I came in person I was told that I have to wait and talk to the manager again tomorrow because there's no check to pick up. literally I got the worst haircut of my life at Supercuts. Stay away from Sally. I sat with her, showed her my previous haircut picture by my stylist and ask her to cut my hair short because my hair gets curly when it becomes long, so I simply requested a little trim and neat on top. To my surprise she just used the machine number 4 for my entire head, not only the sides but also the front part of head. When I asked why she doesn't use the scissors for the front part of the head, to give it some style, she just used the scissors twice( this is true believe it or not), after just touching the scissors and put it back immediately she said it's done and this is like the picture you showed me! The entire session took like 6 minutes. During this time, she showed zero attention to the details, zero care and zero taste in styling. After that I've been charged $27. I felt I've been robbed by Supercuts! Not happy at all with my experience at Supercuts. Hope there's someone that can take care of such issues at Supercuts. read more

This is a review for Diane: I asked for a trim, just the ends and my bangs. No layers, just straight across. She did not listen to me: she took off way more than I asked for, leaving my hair about 2 1/2 inches short- let- it'll take me a year to grow it back at least. But what is worse is that she did not cut my bangs straight, even after I told her multiple times they weren't straight- she said that it's too hard to tell on wavy hair if it's straight or not. If you can't cut a straight line across some wavy hair, you shouldn't be cutting hair. I had to leave and go have somewhere else fix my hair, so now I'm out the money for the super cut, the money to get the cut fixed, and over a year of hair growth is gone. I debated on whether to write this review or not but I just can't wrap my head around her saying she couldn't cut wavy hair. read more

Vicki thought it was funny my fiance and I went to the wrong location prior. Once it was our turn, while cutting his hair, she made a racist comment about me saying "Kimchi makes koreans cuckoo." She also thought it was ok to snatch his mask off without asking him if he was okay with removing it. After we left I called the location to get the Manager's contact info to report the racist comment. Vicki picked up and she told me Vaira the manager is busy and that she can take my name and number. When I gave her my name, (Grace C.) she said, "Crazey?" and laughed. I told her no, not crazy, Grace C. She argued that I did say I'm crazy. At this point im utterly speechless by the hate coming from this woman, and I'll keep trying to reach Vaira the manager, as well as report this incident to the Supercuts headquarters. read more

Vicki was my stylist and i'm still shook by how horribly she treated me. My hair had grown to the middle of my back and i'm blessed with thick luxurious locks.. instead of treating those locks with kid gloves and a deft hand, Vicki, after washing my hair, was violently yanking her comb thru my hair and creating clumps that she would in disgust throw on the floor. Vicki continued to assault and manhandle my hair until she was finished. all the while she kept say my hair was too thick and too long. it's not like i came in with dreads that she had to work through. just a standard ponytail. Again i was too weak and out of it to protest. i was in a bit of a sleep-deprived, post-surgical, hydrocodone fog. i could see that other stylists and patrons kept looking over at her ritual abuse, yet no one bothered to say anything. Vicki then insisted she needed to thin my hair and haphazardly began to hack away. Vicki berated me for having cut my own bangs between salon visits. (really? schedule has been a wee bit full, jerk!) And the peace de resistance of this trauma inducing visit was when she smacked me, wagged her finger in my face, and warned me never to cut my own bangs again! wow. i sleepily paid and tipped her for the abuse. haven't been back. takeaways?: 1) have someone stay with you during your visit just in case someone decides to assault you with a comb and pent-up rage. 2) maybe another stylist or even the manager could have spoken up to protect a client. why didn't anyone? read more

whenever you take the time to check in online and be proactive in advance of coming to Supercuts on 17th, you still end up sitting for an hour and watching people walk in and get seated before you. I always leave this place upset! They do have a few great hairstylists at this location, but they just cannot get their checkin system to work. read more

She listens to what you want and then helps you get your hair back in shape after long times between cuts. Her product recommendations are also spot on. Call for an appointment or walk in. I went in and GAVE them a picture and description of what I wanted, the stylist had no idea what I wanted and without clarifying what I actually wanted began to buzz the sides of my head off. No scissor cut or anything, just decided she was going to do something and go with it. I only have a limited amount of time and I thought the local supercuts may be worth it for only 14.99 a month. Boy! was I WRONG! Cheap prices are a cheap haircut with staff that doesn't really care about the patients requests or mabye are just to new to know how to actually cut hair. I told her as she buzzed my hair to bits that this was not what I wanted at all!....SHE continued to tell me that this was the style I wanted. I argued that it was not and she should have looked more at the picture. I am not a professional, YOU are supposed to BE! I can't research or tell you how to do your job, you are supposed to know it. the top part was so chopped it looked like a lesbian turkey! lol. I had to get it done somewhere else to get it even. It was such a horrible experience. I asked to the manager Jade to just give me the credit back. but like her staff she argued my request. Stating that she could "fix it". I could not belief it. I haven't had great experiences in Super cuts in the past but I gave it another go and came across Anita who is absolutely amazing at cutting hair. I am used to getting a different hair cut every time I go into this establishment but Anita knows what a want and focuses on the fine details you wouldn't usually get anywhere else.
