I have to say, I didn't find this place good. Maybe it's because they put me with a 25-year-old…read morestylist who is inexperienced. First of all, her demeanor made me uncomfortable; she kept smiling at me in a mocking way and not very friendly at all. She didn't know what Drybar was, I showed her a reference pic of the cosmo-tai style off their menu and she charged me $10 extra for using curling iron to achieve the look. While already curling my hair she said it was coarse (which is news to me, I know for a fact my hair is medium texture, but I just have a lot) and that's why the resulting curls would not hold as long. By the time I got home one hour later, the curls were gone, despite her having put hairspray. It looked like something I could do myself with my ameteur skills. I never have this problem when I go to the salon at Ulta beauty or Dry Bar when they curl my hair. My previous elite stylist can even do a blowout on me that holds curls without even having to use a curling iron.
