I went here for a spiral perm and wanted a good tight curl. My appointment was at 10:00am and I…read moredidn't leave this salon until 3:30pm - no joke. My hair is medium length and I have never had an issue with getting a good perm. The girl doing my hair was young and seemed like she was new and not experienced as everything she did took forever. I was patient hoping this would be a great perm. I also told her I wanted layers in my hair as well. After the rods were removed I noticed the curl seemed very loose. She barely cut any hair at all and when I mentioned to her that I had to leave in 10 min to get my son from school, she magically was done cutting even though she never did any layers and nothing touched on top. $150 and I was told she gave me a 25% discount. Waste of time and waste of money. My hair didn't look much different from before the "perm". I did call the owner and asked for a refund, she was defensive but did offer a partial refund as well as a future free haircut from her but I honestly have no desire to return to that salon. I believe she should have given me a full refund as well.
